★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Everyone at the practice is always friendly and helpful. Today Alina and Haley went above and beyond and cleaned up my cat and his crate after an accident on the way in. I couldn’t be any more grateful for how empathetic and sweet they were. Dr. Ray provided excellent care as well and they will continue to be my go to Vet.
June 27 · Michelle L.My 92 y/o mother recently lost her cat of 10 years. Very unexpected, and yes, very sad. This vet group who knew my mom from dog related activities, took it upon themselves to adopt out a 10+ y/o cat, who according to my mom has lived in a crate since being picked up as a stray 10 yrs ago, a cat with kidney disease, to a woman who is wheelchair-bound and lives with an aide 24/7 (who is hired to care for my mother, not a cat) - a woman cannot take care of a cat herself.Mom chose to move to a place over an hour from me 3 yrs ago to live independently with an aide. I have tried to convince her to move closer to me or to an assisted living location for socialization, but she has refused. I continue to help her out, taking care of her medical, financial, and general living concerns, as she is not the same person she was 3 years ago - i.e. she does NOT have "her full mental faculties" - it depends on the day.I find it incredible that this group would take it upon themselves to know what’s best for mom, a woman they have lost touch with over the past 5 years. They told me they were concerned about her “mental health”. To the best of my knowledge, veterinarians are not psychologists. That they decided for her to adopt a cat with CKD that she is physically unable to care for is absolutely irresponsible.I have nothing against the cat they adopted out to my mom, and I feel bad that she is now going back into a crate until they can find someone else to adopt her. However, she should never have been placed with my mom in the first place. Mom now has to mourn the loss of two cats.I suggest that in the future, the practice should be more careful with its animal placements.
June 17 · Lisa W.Dr. Felts is a thorough, caring, and informative vet! The care our little princess Lavender received was top notch. Also, the entire staff on site is friendly with great communication.
June 01 · Douglas AdamsMy family has been using Hodes Vet group for the last 25+ years and I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone. Dr. Ray is brilliant, understanding and honest. All of his exams are very thorough and all my questions are always answered at every visit. Every issue that I have gone to him for, he gives me multiple solutions and routes to take to ensure that it is the best for my pet (and my pocket). I can’t thank Dr. Ray & Dr. Conway enough for the care they have given my dog for the last 15 years. There’s honestly no where else I would take my animals. 10/10 recommend
September 28 · Stefanie SlywkaThey care just as much about you, as your pets. The front desk is always greeting you, getting you organized pre and post visit. Dr Conway and her veterinarian staff is top notch. They have always treated me with respect and her staff takes the time to make sure you fully understand the issues and available treatments. I don't know how many times I have called back to ask questions for clarity or because I forgot something to ask them before, but I always received a quick reply.Thank you from Penny and Kobe ❤️❤️
