★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1When we brought in our very ill cat to Laguna Vista, we were treated so kindly and so gently that even now writing this, I am teary eyed with gratitude. They treated him and us so well, and did what they could without looking at us as only profit. Dr. Gann even mentioned that she wouldn't "nickel and dime" us and would look at all our options. Unfortunately, we had to say goodbye to our beautiful baby boy. I commend Dr. Gann, the vet, and Stephanie, the vet tech. They treated us as human beings mourning our beloved pet instead of trying to leech us of every dollar as our previous experiences with other vets. I highly recommend this place for their compassion and humanity.Update: Laguna Vista's kindness extends even beyond the visits. It has been two days since our beloved cat passed and today there was a condolence card ready for me when I came by (They had it ready to send with the mail but I just happened to stop by). It is not a form letter, rather, it is handwritten with thoughtfulness and kindness. I am forever grateful and appreciative.
June 26 · V KelterbornI cannot begin to express my gratitude for this Vet Center!Dr. Gann is an excellent professional who truly cares about animals. She was informative and so knowledgeable. And because of her brilliant care my Maggie is now off of two of her 3 meds. This is the kind of vet experience I have been looking for. From the receptionist, Emily, to the Vet Tech, Johan to the amazing Dr. Gann, I fully recommend this place!
June 10 · Angela Alberti“My new go-to vet for kitty care!”I recently adopted a 5 month old kitten for my 4 year old Blue Russian who was very lonely after my most recent breakup because she kept his sister we had adopted while together. Someone on FB was giving her away for free, saying they’d found her outside crying for food, but she was too scared to come close or even let them pet her. They ended up trapping her and bringing her to their own vet, but were unable to keep her due to already having 3 cats and a dog.Since bringing her home, she took to my boy cat immediately and they are inseparable. (Yes, he is fixed!) She’s warmed up to me so much these past few months, but remains jumpy and skiddish. I still can’t hold her or pick her up. She has shown signs of extreme anxiety and separation anxiety when I am not home, causing her to over groom and give herself some gnarly hotspots/sores on her back and tummy.I was recommended this vet location from a family friend, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had there. I’ve had lots of pets growing up and never had one with such extreme anxiety, and it’s caused me a lot of grief knowing she suffers and hurts herself. I needed to get her help that I couldn’t give her myself. Laguna Vista made me feel so much better about the entire situation and were extremely nonjudgmental. We talked about all the things it could be caused by, from at-home stressors to allergies. They made sure to only treat her with what she needed and were extremely informative about every step they took along the way. Prices were great, I didn’t feel like they took advantage of me. They even let me know they suspected her to be closer to 18-24 months old—this was a shocker to me because she’s so tiny and “kitten-esque”. After the appointment, I left feeling confident about treating her physical and mental ailments on my own. They made sure to follow up a few weeks after the appointment, making me feel like they truly cared about my fur babies! She’s doing so much better—she’s even sitting in my lap as I am typing this!Thank you so much, Laguna Vista Veterinary Center! I will not be bringing my kitties anywhere else! :)
September 05 · Alexis WylderI had a very quick and comfortable visit with my dog to this office, Dr. Gann and the assistants were very comfortable to work with and helped us diagnose my dog as well as square away and update all of his medical records. They were very professional with how they handled my dog and would highly recommend new pet owners to come here. They walk you through step by step on how to apply the solutions they prescribe and explain exactly what everything does. Overall I was pleased with my visit here and will be coming back regularly if my dog has any other issues that may occur.
March 03 · Weston YorizaneBrought my son Toffy in for a wellness check. Love that Dr. Gann was very detail about his health and wellness. Will definitely be back with his other sibling.
