★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Saved my cat's life - no question about it. Young cat with severe bladder infection. Vet tech and veterinarian only cared about his well-being. Super proactive and knowledgeable.
June 26 · Yale KlatBe careful!!! I switched to this vet out of sheer convenience. I took my small dog for a well checkup and was charged $760 at checkout. After looking very closely at my bill, I noticed I was charged for certain tests that I did not to have done- an eye tear test for close to $100. After a full blood work up as part of a senior wellness checkup I was called with multiple different possibilities of what may be wrong with my dog...and told I would need to add certain further tests-meanwhile my dog had no symptoms of anything. When I went back to ask why certain tests were done without my knowledge of it not being part of wellness checkup I was told that I was given a written estimate of the charges during my visit. Not only is this false-if I were told my visit was going to be over $700 I would've asked these questions immediately of why and also not proceeded with this visit. I am returning back to my original vet, although further away from where I live. I would steer clear of Livingston Animal Hospital and the new ownership.
June 11 · Stacey BermanLivingston animal hospital quite honestly helped to save my cat's life. I won't bore you with a long story about illness but due to the loving and dedicated care of my friend and vet tech Bill along with the wise Dr. Messina, what looked like a life threatening situation has, for now, and with limited intervention, been stemmed. You could not ask for a more compassionate team, with frequent checkins, total emotional support and never any pressure to spend more money than necessary (also helping me find the least expensive Rx's). I could not hold them in higher regard.
August 13 · JMI just moved to the area and needed to find a new vet for my dog. I got a coupon in the mail for Livingston Animal Hospital so I went there. I was very impressed by this vet office! My husky gets stressed at the vet so they prescribed medication for the next time I go to help with anxiety. What a game changer! They were also informative and I did not feel like they were pushing extra services on me to make more money. They truly were just informing me of all the options and letting me choose what is best for me and my dog. I am also expecting a baby, so they gave me some great tips and information how to adjust my dog and what medications are best (the flea collar is not the recommended option because the chemicals are not good for children to be touching/mouthing.) Needless to say, this is my new vet and I am happy!
February 13 · Kelly OchoaThis team is so incredible! They clearly love animals and care about the pet owners as well. They informed me without judgment and made my an effort to make my cat feel safe and cared for. Definitely will be returning.
