★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My dog Stormi had a bone stuck to her back tooth I went in there mind you i live in Springfield and took care of her right away . Everyone was very professional but empathetic to the situation. I would not go anywhere else . My Stormi is one happy puppy.
July 27 · Tony FrogameniDr.Okeefe saved my animals life and thank her for her services and expertise. I’ve brought my cat here for various emergency reasons and the doctors & front desk workers were so helpful and sweet. They are quick and pricing is very fair. They worked quickly as they can within the ER department. The doctors are very thorough & do what they can. It was a drive for us & we went just for their oncology team, but since Dr.Okeefe retired, we have switched to a place closer. Trinny will miss New England Vet.
April 22 · Chelsea TrippWe originally started going here when one of our dogs was sick during the beginning of Covid and our own Vet wouldn’t see her for a month. The Emergency Department was excellent. They examined her and gave us estimates prior to doing anything. They were very compassionate and took the time to explain options and treatments thoroughly. After our ED experience we decided to change our Vet to New England Vet Center. We are extremely pleased with them. Staff have been excellent. Dr Melissa Nelson is fantastic. She takes her time with our pets to make sure they are comfortable before doing any part of the exam. She explains as she goes along and is open to questions we have. She isn’t pushy with any treatments or vaccines and gives you the options and costs without making you feel guilty about your choice. They are quite expensive but at this point I think every Vet is. I feel the compassion, gentleness and willingness to allow us to be part decision makers far outweighs the cost.
July 08 · Leslie SavageauAfter one horrible emergency vet visit I had to come on here and say how thankful we are for finding New England Veterinary Center. We brought our boy Buddy in today for some lethargic abnormal behavior. New England Veterinary Center was prompt and addressed all our concerns. We were so satisfied with the staff. Our boy is home resting! We can't thank you guys enough.
August 11 · Lauren CI have a life altering decision I can no longer push off saying not today. No heartache to day for me. she was patient and with a great deal of kindness she took the time to listen to everything I had to say and l not as of yet had my appointment with this facility. I'm very much impressed with the kindest person I could of spoken to with the state of mind I was in at this time. Her name is Christina and she showed a great deal of compassion that I needed very much at the time. She listened to all my questions and concerns. It i have to say has been a very long time since a person to show the kindness I was shown by this person. I'm so very impressed with her control and again patient with me.
