★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I can not even say in words how grateful I am for not only Dr. Otka but for Dr. Anderson as well when she fills in when he is not available for me to see. AND for their vet tech Pieper. I've lost an animal and I have one that has a managble disease for a long time that is trial and error. Everyone is absolutely so kind. Im usually always crying when I am there because it's not likely I can take my always sick animal home.. its always a maybe... but they save her each time. They are extremely positive. They are always very kind. They are so fair and reasonable. Always upfront with costs. They always give you options and never push you in a direction you would feel uncomfortable with. There was one time I was just so upset I just kinda was not there... just so much to take in with how sick my animal was. They were absolutely amazing.Pieper the vet tech called me a while later that night. She took the time out of her schedule and it was near closing time. she understood how I was upset. She wanted to make sure I understood and knew what the next step was and went over everything again. I appreciated that so much. She did not have to do that. They are compassionate and kind. You never wait long when it's your appointment. You are never spoken at or talked down to or made to feel bad if you choose a lesser option on the quote. Your questions are answered with kindness. You are never rushed. You animal is treated gentle and with care. They will sit right next to you when you are upset.. give you that kind caring way. Go over the paper work or the next step. You dont find that at many veterinarian practices.
September 13 · RACHEL DYERGreat place! Piper was very helpful and patiently answered all of my questions. Lily at the front desk is terrific. My poor pup had an anal gland rupture (on Sunday - she always chooses the day when most businesses are closed to have health issues!) and they saw me in 30 minutes, and we were out the door in under two hours. Highly recommended
July 02 · Julia MichasShady things. Resd through. We adopted a dog a week and a half ago, and brought him to Noank Mystic vet to get established as a new client on Saturday. Got his vaccines, NexGuard Plus, and a Seresto collar. Especially as we planned to hike with him, they recommended the additonal collar and the NexGuard Plus specifically over any other meds because of CT's tick problem. At the time, we were talked into a year's worth of the NexGuard (which is $450 by the way) and told we could claim a $100 rebate online (which we haven't yet filed because we haven't even opened them). At NO TIME whatsoever, were we told the meds were non-refundable, nor were we told they were prescription only. Staff was a little pushy about it but not overly pushy, but stated it would save us a little money with the rebate if we did a year.
July 31 · Diane S.Called to get an estimate for an exam and Lyme/lepto vaccine and was told they couldn’t tell me how much the vaccine would be beforehand.Response: I was happy to answer questions that would have made your staff able to answer my question. I was able to get pricing for Lyme/lepto from at least four other vet offices in the area. It seems like your practice is not in the business of being upfront about costs.
July 29 · Ally GardeaI absolutely love going here! Everyone is so caring! They really listen and the doctor is super knowledgeable. I also like his caring concern with my babies! I also like that they’re hospital and open on the weekends for emergencies that happen. I’ve had a few visits in the last month and have left feeling like comfortable with the care and the decisions that we are making for my dogs and just again the care and concern around them and making sure they’re comfortable and well taken care of. I absolutely love it. I am, but I am going to be there life!
