★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Had my dog Jack neutered here at Nutmeg and it was a wonderful experience as well as very affordable compared to most vet offices. The building is very clean, very inviting, the staff are all very welcoming and very informed. The process is a little long but it is advised to you on their reading material so that was already taken into a fact of our day. So do plan your drop off time well because they have a process and adhere to it. My dog has healed so well and he is back to his normal self in almost 2 weeks time since his surgery . We also followed all after care to the tee. If I had to add one small negative (not truly a bad thing) is you may have some tattoo ink on the coat of your pet for a short time, not a big deal as it comes out. But don’t be surprised by it and just know it does come out. Other than that..I highly recommend!!
May 31 · Tina CamachoThank you to the entire Nutmeg Spay/Neuter clinic for taking such good care of my boy. Macchiato during his stay. He’s doing really good 🥰🙏
August 29 · Wanda MwalwandaA wonderful experience! They are professional friendly and very organized. While all the other veterinarians in the state are gouging us for 6 to $800 these people make it affordable while providing top class service which is as good, if not better, than any vets office I have ever taken any of my many animals to visit. Cookie has a neat little incision which is healing beautifully. I am very happy and I highly recommend Nutmeg!
July 12 · Allie McGroryEveryone there was so sweet and took care of my Beau, very well and he is healt nicely. Definitely will recommend them to my friends.
July 14 · Beth CinelliThis past week, my two babies both got spayed and their vaccines from Nutmeg. The day of their appointments wasn't bad, everything was smooth. Everyone was nice! I was told by a Doctor there that one of my cats might have a UTI and to follow up with her vet, which I just did. At her vet, we get told that her sutures were extremely poorly done and that alone would need her to go on antibiotics for two weeks. We were shown why and how they were poorly done and yup, it did not look the best. So all the while it being cheaper here, I recommend getting your babies spayed elsewhere unless you strictly need it done here monetarily. We waited MONTHS for this. The bills are adding up already, and it'd be best to get them done in a better environment with more attention to detail and less stray cats on a metal shelf.
