My chinchilla could have lived so much longer if it weren’t for their negligence. The doctor was dismissive and showed zero compassion for my pet’s life. He should have realized that our little boy might not even survive the night without real help. Instead, all he said was to feed him with a syringe and come back on Monday. Monday?! This was Thursday! By Friday morning, our sunshine had passed away. This happened because of your carelessness and lack of urgency.

Service is great, the head vet knows his stuff and is very helpful. Staff was great too, prices kinda high but they get the job done. Reliable vet.Edit: owner I believe? Can come off very blunt and rude for some. He’s good at his job but I realized this company will try to upsell you because you love your pets. Be financially careful and ready.

Go here if you want to be disrespected, condescended to and called Sir inexplicably?? They told us to bring in a stool sample and information on the pet then when we inquired who to deliver the information too, were scoffed at as if we were also veterinarians who could read their minds? Could not have been ruder to my friend and I, no wonder they were able to see my cat on such short notice.

This place kills Animals that are in the process of being rescued. They lie about it and fire good staff. Do not use or trust these people
