★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This is the most cleanest, professional, and most kindest urgent care I've ever been to! Prices are very fair and the staff there are friendly, not pushy, and extremely understanding! They made my baby Ghost feel so welcome and safe when she felt scared at her first vet checkup. We got to schedule an appointment as soon as possible for a worm/flea scare! Dr. Cory was so kind and very knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions about my cat! Super greatful for this close location, once I set up my pet insurance, I'll be making sure this is my primary care for her!
August 30 · Alina SrdanovicBond Vet in Ditmas Park is absolutely outstanding! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me and my cat feel comfortable and cared for. Dr. Cory is incredibly thorough and knowledgeable—he takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure all my questions are answered. His approach is both professional and compassionate, which really put me at ease.Kiki was also amazing—so kind, attentive, and gentle with my cat. You can tell she genuinely cares, and that makes all the difference. Together, Dr. Cory and Kiki create a team that is not only skilled but also truly compassionate.I left feeling confident that my cat received the best possible care. Highly recommend Bond Vet Ditmas Park for anyone looking for a caring, professional, and trustworthy veterinary team!
August 27 · Amal YoungCompassionate, skilled, and truly caring!I can’t say enough good things about this veterinary clinic. The entire team is kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely dedicated to the well-being of animals. They took such great care of my cat, explaining everything clearly and making sure we both felt comfortable and supported throughout the visit. The facility is clean, organized, and welcoming. You can tell they truly love what they do. I feel so confident bringing my pet here and grateful to have found such a trustworthy vet. Highly recommended!
April 12 · Lana PoTook my cat there on a weekend when he was ill and not eating. I needed a new vet as my old vet had closed without notice. They took great care of him and me, when I received some bad news. Dr Sodergren took time and helped me to find the next level of care that was needed. He took his time to explain to me the reality of the situation. The office staff was kind and reached out to see how things were going after my visit with them. And sent a lovely card when they heard of my pet's passing. They understand that your pet is your family.
June 12 · Meghan O'ConnorDisappointed and frustrated by the lack of genuine care.We were genuinely excited to try Bond Vet after my sister had a great experience with our family cats. But our visit left us feeling confused and dismissed. We tried calling ahead, but the phone system just kept dropping us. We even tried using the text option hoping to speak with a real person, but that wasn’t helpful either. The one time we did speak to someone, it felt like they weren’t really listening. The website said walk-ins were welcome, so we came in hoping to have our two boys seen for a regular check-up, along with some concerns — one has a skin issue, and the other has been having trouble breathing. The front desk woman told us walk-ins were for emergencies only. We explained our concerns — both of which are listed on their own intake form — but she acted like she didn’t even hear us.She said all the “right” things, but it felt completely scripted, like a fake performance of concern. There was no real empathy or effort to help us. It was cold, uncomfortable, and honestly made us question bringing our boys there again. We’re not sure how Bond chooses people for their front desk, but it makes a huge difference. We used to go to Heart of Brooklyn and received exceptional care every single time — even when they were busy. That clinic is a bit further, so we wanted to give Bond Vet a shot, but now we’re strongly considering canceling the appointment we made. Our cats were stressed for nothing, and we left feeling disappointed. Plus, my poor kitty’s skin issue is looking worse. This is the first time I’ve ever felt compelled to leave a negative review.
