★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The team at Pine Plains Vet is phenomenal. It starts with Adele, Heidi, Angela, & Angelina they start the process by answering the phones and being at the front desk as well as checking out, then to working with Becky and Dr VanKleeck. No matter what type of visit I’ve been there for well visit or sick visit., They are always very welcoming, professional, understanding and down right amazing I cannot thank them enough for always being there and doing an amazing job!! I’ve been a customer for 27 years and HIGHLY recommend them!!! ( and Kudos to the staff in the back ground I may have not mentioned)
September 05 · BarbaraThis Vets office is the best. They worry about the care of your furry family first. They address your animal when they come in the door, then you. The Doctors,Tech and Office staff is out of this world. No matter how far we are our furry family here.
June 15 · Laurie KelseyWe brought our kitten here for her first visit. It was just as awesome as people have told me. Everyone was so incredibly nice and Dr. Kalba was so warm and friendly and really took the time to explain everything to us and let us ask questions. And the cost for the visit was very reasonable. Also they were able to fit us in next day after calling which was great.
July 03 · Heather PaschalNicole did such a wonderful job grooming Sadie that she no longer looks like a "junkyard dog"! She's beautiful now! Thank you Nicole.
September 05 · Ritamary BellI’ve been making monthly visits this past year with my 13 year old cat, Quincy, for respiratory issues. Vets and their teams often deal with challenging and emotionally taxing situations. Recognizing their kindness and care for my pet, and for me as the pet owner, is very meaningful. I would like to kindly thank both Dr. Holly Kalba and Dr. Caroline Helm-VanKleeck for patiently treating and explaining Quincy’s condition in a way I could understand, and I truly appreciate your calm and reassuring manner. It is very important for me to remember that Medical emergencies both for pets and humans can create a emotional roller coaster that can cloud judgment, triggering reactive feelings that distort our perspective and weaken our ability to reach vital goals.
