★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The front staff and the vet and All of the vet techs are all so professional and caring. They took us as a last minute appointment and thank goodness. My poor cat was in so much pain. Thank you so much!!! You took such good care of our cat. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate you squeezing us in!! I love that you told us what the bill would be prior to providing the care. Amazing communication.
July 03 · Clare MartinIf I could I put 0.. this place is about money, they don’t care, I lost my cat because they didn’t listen to me when I said he’s problem was poison, and they treated as problems to take the money from a single mother of 3. Gave me a whole bunch of medicine and doped my cat treating problems was never there and he died next day from neglecting what I said. I hope karma can get you all soon. until this day I’m waiting for my cats vet records and nothing, are u guys afraid of what ?DONT COME TO THIS PLACE IF U WANT YOUR PET ALIVE.
July 22 · Bruna SantanaWish I could put in zero stars. My wife and I have been going to Plumtrees for 6 years now. Over the past 2 years with ever changing staff, one has greeted my dog or even aknowledged him by name over the past couple of years. The front desk have been rude, the whispers to each other talking about about you when they think your not looking, but the last visit was the straw that broke ... Our dog requires a special low fat diet. Not only did my wife have to explain again to Dr. Baff that the front desk was rude especially when she called to let them know that there was traffic on 84s She confronted by Dr. Baff about the impolite behavior and 4 of his staff members (bullying) whose maltreatement forced a confrontation whereby my wife said she could no longer be a client here, Dr. Baff asked "would you like all your dogs records", and of course we said Yes, why would deal with rudeness and poor quality treatment. To boot, Dr Baff did not offer any additional prescription food for our dog which he knows is necessary due to his digestion needs. This act has put our dog in DANGER as right now he is low on food w no quick way to get without seeing a new vet and new prescription and we have had to change his diet which has caused diarrhea and other issues. STAY FAR AWAY this place is going down hill fast
May 29 · Brendan MonahanBeen a customer with not 1 but 2 dogs over almost 20yrs.. wouldn't go anywhere else ! Love Dr.Wesley Baff and his extraordinary team ! Great Job Plumtrees !
August 07 · Kathy FrisciaTook my 3 week old kitten Diamond in the same day I called them. They never once hesitated about taking her in. Also they thought they were going to have to keep her overnight, but vet looked her over twice before I was told she was aloud to come home with me. Staff is very friendly. I always take my animal children to Plumbtree's when there is an issue. They always get me in ASAP.
