★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We had a pet boarding experience at Red Roof Animal Hospital during the holiday. We dropped off our cat, Matcha, in the morning with her food, litter box, and a few toys so she would feel comfortable in her new environment. The check-in process was very smooth, and they provided excellent care. We received some photos from them while Matcha was staying. We felt relieved knowing she was doing well during her stay at the boarding facility. Picking her up on the last day was also very easy. Overall, it was an excellent experience for us and Matcha. Thank you.
August 10 · YouJung ChoiDr. Kim did a wonderful job with my rescue cat! Friendly staff, easy to set up an appointment, and made me feel comfortable bringing her. Overall quick experience for her nail trim and checkup compared to national chain brands I’ve visited with my other pets before.
July 10 · Peter KangDr. Kim provides clear and thoughtful explanations, which really helped me understand my pet’s condition and treatment options. The staff here are also very kind and attentive. If you live nearby and have a pet, I recommend bringing them to Red Roof Fort Lee Animal Hospital. You’re in good hands here — both you and your furry friend will be well taken care of.
June 25 · Makoto SatoDr. Kim is the of the finest pet doctors I have encountered. Eleven years ago, she saved the lives of two of my cats (mother and son). Both cats are still with us to this day and are strong, healthy and happy. My only regret is I did not continue pet care with her as we moved to Queens, NY.
April 11 · Thomas MulhallWe can't say enough wonderful things about Red Roof Fort Lee Animal Hospital and the amazing team there. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and supported. Dr. Jaclyn Kim is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also incredibly compassionate. She took the time to thoroughly explain our pet's condition and treatment options, always making sure we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. What sets this clinic apart is their genuine love for animals. Romee, my french bulldog, actually gets excited when we walk into the Hospital. The staff treats every animal like family, and it shows in the level of care and attention they provide. Thanks to their dedication, Romee is happy, healthy, and thriving. We’re so grateful to have found such a trustworthy and caring vet. We wouldn't go anywhere else!Highly recommended to anyone looking for a vet who truly goes above and beyond.
