Serenity Holistic Vet Introduce
For pet owners in the California region, the health of our animal companions is an endless source of joy and, at times, concern. When seeking veterinary care, many are now looking for a practice that offers more than just conventional medicine. Serenity Holistic Vet, located in Murrieta, California, provides a unique and valuable approach to pet health by integrating traditional Western veterinary medicine with a wide range of holistic therapies. This article delves into what makes this clinic a remarkable choice for those seeking a more comprehensive and personalized treatment plan for their pets, from its convenient location to its specialized services and compassionate philosophy.
The philosophy behind Serenity Holistic Vet is rooted in the belief that an animal's well-being is a complex interplay of physical, emotional, and environmental factors. Led by Dr. Rose, the clinic offers a full spectrum of holistic and integrative medicine, focusing on providing a "fear-free" and serene environment. This approach is not about replacing conventional medicine but rather about complementing it to achieve the best possible outcomes for each individual pet. The clinic specializes in treating chronic conditions, managing pain, and providing exceptional end-of-life care, all with a gentle and patient-centered approach. For many pet owners, this integrated model offers hope and improved quality of life for their beloved companions, especially when conventional options have been exhausted.
The impact of Serenity Holistic Vet's care is powerfully illustrated in the testimonials from grateful clients. One client shared a story about their 12-year-old Husky/Shepherd mix, Nikka, who was struggling with stiffness and incontinence. After a conventional vet visit, they were told there were no major structural issues, but a minor heart murmur was noted without concern. On their first visit to Serenity Holistic Vet, Dr. Rose's attention to detail led her to identify a "pronounced and unusual sounding" heart murmur. Her prompt recommendation for further investigation led to a cardiologist's diagnosis of dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) which was caught early. The client credits Dr. Rose with "literally saving Nikka's life" through her clinical skills and attention to detail. This story perfectly encapsulates the value of a holistic approach that considers the whole animal, not just the presenting symptoms.
Another testament to the clinic’s success comes from a client who brought their 15.5-year-old dog, Oreo, after being told by another vet that there were "no more options" for her IVDD and arthritis. After just one treatment of acupuncture and laser therapy with Dr. Rose, Oreo showed significant improvement, returning to her youthful, energetic self. The client's review, filled with happiness and gratitude, praises Dr. Rose as "a miracle worker and a hero for the dogs under her care." These stories of dramatic improvement and life-saving diagnosis demonstrate not only the effectiveness of the treatments offered but also the deep compassion and expertise of Dr. Rose and her team.

Serenity Holistic Vet Reviews

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I am so very grateful to Dr. Rose and the team at Serenity Holistic Vet. Our girl, Nikka, is a 12 year old Husky/Shepherd mix and she recently developed some hind leg soreness/stiffness and urinary incontinence. We took her to a conventional vet to rule out UTI/kidney issues and had X rays done to ensure there was nothing grossly abnormal structurally with her bones. Everything checked out and I knew I didn't want to start her on a medication with significant side effects or have her on pain meds indefinitely, so I searched for holistic vets who did acupuncture and was so happy to see Dr. Rose was local to us!.On our first visit, Dr. Rose did a thorough exam of Nikka and informed us that Nikka had an unusual heart murmur. A different vet at a conventional clinic that had seen Nikka just a few weeks earlier also mentioned the heart murmur but said it was very mild/quiet and didn't seem concerned about it all and didn't give us any indication that it needed to be investigated. I thought that the murmur must be no big deal based on how the first vet handled the finding. Dr. Rose immediately told us that Nikka's heart murmur was quite pronounced and unusual sounding and she gave us a lot of info and recommendations on next steps..Well, today we took Nikka to a cardiologist where she had an ECHO and it turns out she has dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM), which, thankfully, has been caught early and might be able to be improved with medication and dietary changes..Dr. Rose literally saved Nikka's life with her attention to detail, her excellent clinical skills, and her prompt and informative follow up and recommendations. I will be eternally and forever grateful to her competence and expertise..Nikka has also had 2 sessions of acupuncture and cold laser/photobiomodulation and she definitely has more pep in her step. Nikka also loves coming to Serenity Holistic Vet, she isn't anxious or nervous and just settles right down and relaxes when the acupuncture needles are in. Dr. Rose is a gem and we are so lucky to have her here in Murrieta.
August 27 · Tanya DePortoDr. Rose is simply the best and I’m so glad I found her. It’s been almost a year since we have been going to Serenity Holistic Vet and we couldn’t be more happier. Dr. Rose has taken care of my little Oreo after being told by another vet there were no more options for her IVDD and arthritis that had started to cripple her. After one treatment of acupuncture and laser treatment I could see a big difference. Oreo improved so much that she’s back to waking me up at 4am to eat and greets me when I get home by running around the yard. I forgot to mention Oreo is 15.5 years young! Oreo loves her treatments from Dr. Rose as you can see in the videos. Serenity Holistic Vet is simply the best! As you read the reviews, you start to understand what a wonderful person Dr. Rose is. She is so compassionate and caring! She’s a miracle worker and a hero for the dogs under her care. Thank you Dr. Rose for everything you have done❤️
November 25 · MarieWe came to Dr. Rose in Aug 2024. Our 5lb, 15 yr old pomeranian had a stage 4 heart murmur which our reg vet was treating her for. She also developed Chronic Kidney disease which was worsening. She was not eating and seemed to be slipping away. Our reg vet basically told us "we cant treat the Kidney problems due to the Heart Murmur and we should get ready to say goodbye". That was unacceptable to us. We found Dr. Rose on line made appointment to see if there were other things that could be done to help our little girl. We were not expecting miracles just the opportunity to see if we could help here live a more comfortable life for awhile longer. She started her on Eastern Herb for her kidneys and her heart. She also started acupuncture to target the heart and kidneys. By Dec Kiesha kidney numbers were no longer rising, but had actually come down, which allowed us to find a dental surgeon who would fix some teeth issues she had. Previously no Surgeon would touch her due to the kidney and heart challenges. We HIGHLY recommend anyone who is not happy with a diagnosis you have been given for your beloved pet to come see Dr. Rose and her staff. They are very caring, compassionate and knowledgeable and will do her best to help your family member. She has definitely helped our little Kiesha live a better more comfortable life for the time she has left as well as given us peace of mind. Knowing that we have done everything we could to help our little girl, so when the time does come to say goodbye, we can do so with peace. Thank you Dr. Rose.
February 07 · Wrightmspw WrightLOVE, LOVE, LOVE Dr. Rose🤗 My fur baby Rico and I are so blessed to have her in our lives!! Rico was born with a joint disorder called Osteochondritis dessicans and has had surgery on his back legs. He has lived much of his 9 y/o life with pain in his right leg. Rico began seeing Dr. Rose on August 24, 2024 and he’s like a young pup again🙏🏻He would go days with his leg locked up and since he’s been having acupuncture and laser therapy with Dr. Rose his leg no longer locks up, he sleeps soundly throughout the night; no longer having to keep adjusting his body to get comfortable! Dr. Rose gave me exercises to do with Rico and that has been helping him strengthen all of his legs😃It’s so awesome to see my boy bound up the stairs again. It used to take him a while to get up the stairs or we would have to carry him because of the pain…no more!!Dr. Rose also shared the importance of giving Rico real food instead of kibble 🤮 I now make all of his food 😋 Rico snubs his nose at kibble now🤣I don’t have enough words to say how AMAZING, LOVING & Friendly Dr. Rose is and her love for my fur baby blesses me immensely💜Dr. Rose will bring vitality, joy and peace back into the life of your fur baby.Dr. Rose, we love you and are very thankful for you…Rico 🐾 and Stephanie
