Vetco Vaccination Clinic Introduce
For many pet owners in California, ensuring our furry companions receive essential preventive care is a top priority. However, the costs associated with regular vet visits can sometimes be a barrier. This is where a service like Vetco Vaccination Clinic becomes an invaluable resource. Located right here in Murrieta, this clinic provides a streamlined, accessible, and affordable way to keep your dog or cat up-to-date on vaccinations and other crucial preventative measures. Unlike a full-service veterinary hospital, Vetco focuses on a specific range of services, making them highly efficient and often more budget-friendly. Their model is centered around providing routine vet exams, vaccinations, and other basic preventative care services in a convenient setting, often inside a Petco store. This integration allows pet owners to combine a quick vet visit with their regular pet supply shopping, saving them time and making it easier to stay on top of their pet's health.
The core of their service is the commitment to providing accessible care without the need for an expensive full-service exam fee. This approach is particularly helpful for first-time pet owners or those with new puppies and kittens who require a series of vaccinations to build immunity. One satisfied customer, a new puppy owner, described their experience as "quick and nice." They were pleased that "The staff and doctor were very friendly and gentle with our new puppy," and they particularly appreciated the "helpful information" provided to them as first-time owners. This positive feedback highlights the clinic's ability to offer a welcoming and supportive environment for clients, even with their streamlined service model. This kind of experience is crucial for building trust and ensuring that pet owners feel comfortable and well-informed, which encourages them to continue with essential preventative care for their pets.
However, it is important for potential clients to be aware that the fast-paced nature of a vaccination clinic can lead to challenges, as noted in a review from an upset customer. This individual reported that their dog was administered three vaccines that were not needed, despite bringing the necessary paperwork. This unfortunate incident resulted in their dog receiving a "double dose of everything" and a hefty, unnecessary charge. The customer's frustration was compounded by the inability to reach a vet to discuss the issue. This review serves as a reminder that while the clinic provides convenience, pet owners must be proactive and double-check all procedures and paperwork to ensure accuracy. It's a key takeaway for anyone considering a visit, emphasizing the need for clear communication and diligence to prevent such issues from occurring.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Appointment was quick which was nice. The staff and doctor were very friendly and gentle with our new puppy. The doctor provided helpful information to us as first time puppy owners. Overall great experience.
March 01 · Rose YessianVery upset with the tech name Jasmine at vetco murrieta, she didn’t even check the papers that we brought, my dog just needed a bordetela vaccine, we even showed her that she already got rabies, dhpp, canine influenza vaccine, next thing we know they administered those 3 vaccine that she dont need, tried to call the clinic but no vet is available to talk to, my dog just got double dose of everything!!!! And I was charged $200 for the vaccines that is not needed…. Upsetting and Frustrating!!!!!
June 29 · Neilshayne NafarreteMy moms happy, healthy, and energetic dog who is only 4 never had a health issue in her life is now paralyzed immediately after the rabies shot. The emergency vet refuses to acknowledge that it was caused by that and charged us $500 and wants us to get a $3000 mri and $12000 surgery. My mom clearly cannot afford that. After doing days of research it seems it is a side effect although rare and unfortunate. Vetco does have a number to call to reimburse any treatment or er visits due to vaccine reactions but good luck getting any vet to admit it was that. Our dog has not been the same since July 8 and has only gotten worse to the point we might have to put her down. Thanks vetco for paralyzing our family dog and possibly killing her
July 28 · E MaciasVet was cold and uncomfortable to be around. Didn’t make my pup feel safe and secure. Quick in and out take my money. Terrible bedside manner.
October 17 · Andrea AguilarThe VETCO clinic personnel is so amazing! Always helpful and smiling, very easy appointment. No wait at all!
