Best veterinary hospital in the world!!!! All of our own animals as well as all of Geminis Pampered Greyhounds, Inc.(GPG) foster`s love going to South Amherst Veterinary Hospital!!! The care and attention they receive is amazing!!! They have always gone above and beyond for all of these furkids but especially so for little miss Heidi, who has been dealing with a very difficult medical situation since coming to GPG in Feb 2017. As you can see little Heidi is right at home when she has her follow up appointments with Dr Lowy!!!
September 23 · Rocky PackardDr. Marci is not only an exceptional veterinarian, but she's also an incredibly compassionate human being. I recently discovered Dr. Marci online when my family and I were searching for a vet for our beloved 14 and a half year old lab, Sawyer. Sawyer had been showing signs of slowing down and not engaging in activities he once loved, so we wanted to ensure his comfort by bringing him to a caring professional.I must admit, I approached the appointment with trepidation, fearing another vet who would only be interested in pushing unnecessary procedures to inflate their fees. However, the moment Dr. Marci walked through the door, all my fears evaporated. Both my husband and I immediately sensed that she genuinely cared about what was best for Sawyer. If you are searching for a vet, I can wholeheartedly recommend South Amherst Veterinary Hospital.
May 22 · OlgaThese amazing women are dog whisperers, and they take exceptional care of their patients. One of my dogs has extreme anxiety, and I did not believe I would ever see her acclimate to a new situation and many new people in under an hour, but every single person who works here displayed such patience and expertise in dog psychology that she rocked her first exam and walked out like a champ. This is the first time in any medical appointment for people or animals where I have not felt rushed. They took the time to give me all the information I needed and to listen to all the background information I wanted to convey about both of my dogs. They also went above & beyond to accommodate my last minute need for an additional appointment even though I am a new client. Highly recommended. I love my dogs, and I am so thrilled to love my new vet as well.
November 16 · Erin EggersI had to put down one of my fur babies two weeks ago. Dr.Lowy and staff were wonderful throughout the whole process and I highly recommend them for all your pets medical needs. Thank you again Dr.Lowy, Dawn, and the rest of the staff.😊
January 30 · Joseph ChagnonThe staff are caring and compassionate. My dog loves going here because they give him so much attention, so much so that he barely notices the injections and other necessary unpleasantries. They were also the only ones (out of many) to recommend a treatment for his joint pains that actually works.
