August 14 · Fernando GallardoI'm grateful for the work The Fix Project does for the community. It's a high-volume, low-cost spay and neuter clinic, but even with multiple surgeries scheduled for that day, the staff took time to ask questions and made sure my dog was properly cared for. Everyone, from the doctor to the techs and nurses, was kind, professional, and attentive.I brought in my Cane Corso to be spayed. She can be a bit challenging behaviorally, but they were very accommodating and handled everything smoothly. The surgery went well, and now, about a week and a half later, her incision is healing nicely.I really appreciate the service they provide and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others looking for affordable, reliable vet care.
July 25 · Susie ChaI initially found out about this place through a rescue that offered to get 2 cats of mine fixed as I was fostering dogs for them. This was in 2022. I took my cats in, everything seemed fine except I don’t know that they did it properly on the female because all the male cats in the house stalk her and want to beat her up. Never any mention of a balance due.The next year I take another cat in that I had a voucher for and everything seemed to go fine. I paid $45 out of pocket which might have been the difference between cost and voucher. No mention of a balance due. Last year I took in a dog we found on the street who had obviously been involved in dog fighting and was sponsored by a rescue group. I paid the deposit, then was advised of a $50 fee for not estimating his weight correctly and another $75 fee for being aggressive. I advised to them to contact the rescue group and never heard from them again. Now it’s 2025 and I make an appointment for two more cats which I’m paying on my own. I make appointments and pay my deposits which is now $100 each instead of 35. I take the cats in and I’m told I owe a balance of $400. They took my deposit and applied it towards the phantom charges and when I asked what was going on, they sent me a receipt on the dog that showed $100 for being a different weight and a bunch of other charges that did not exist at the time for medication and a cone and some other stuff I don’t recall him getting. Things that were are included according to their website. I then asked them where they applied my $200 because it does not show that on the bill for the dog and they said two past charges that I owed, but they cannot provide me evidence of that. they keep telling me a manager will call, but she never does. instead im contacted by people with no ability to discuss the errors who ask for more money. I asked them why these phantom charges were never brought up when the last two animals were brought in they Have no answer for that then send me an email showing that I owe the full amount for the first two cats that I brought in and the exaggerated amount for the dog that I brought in. Needless to say these guys are thieves that make up charges when they’re low on money and just think that people are gonna pay Because they’re straight up or trying to steal from me by making up charges. Even for the dog after they told me that I owe these things I’ve said go back to the rescue. I never heard from them again so that tells me that they’re just making shit up. In fact, I called the Rescue that initially introduced me to this group She told me that they stopped working with them because of they are shady.Do not take your animals here I would not trust them with their health safety or your finances. Oh, I forgot to mention when they said they first stated I had a balance due for the dog. It was four months after surgery. How does that happen?I will be making a complaint with the BBB and am considering a small claims lawsuit.
July 01 · Michele StoverThe staff were really kind and explained everything I needed to know, answered all of my questions, and most importantly, performed a seamless neuter on my kitten. No infections or any issues down there! He did however come home with an eye scratch which his vet said was probably due to the vets not putting enough lubricant in his eyes during surgery. It was no big deal thankfully and he just had to have drops for a week. But for the price, you really can’t beat a place like this. Highly recommend for a kitty neuter!
April 15 · Cassandra DePecolIf I could give no stars I would. The receptionist was incredibly rude especially the lady with the man voice working today on 08-22-25. Don’t take your pet here if they’re this rude to customers I can just imagine how they treat the animals. PLEASE DON’T GO HERE IF YOU LOVE YOUR ANIMAL!
