★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Everyone at Tower Hill is so wonderful! After having my boy Benjamin at the emergency vet over the weekend for an infection, Tower Hill followed up with me on Monday. They helped keep me calm every time I called worried he wasn't improving fast enough. (He's feeling much better now) all of the staff there are so compassionate and kind. So much so that my boy actually LOVES going to the vet! Dr. Bright is fantastic and I have to especially thank Stacy who is always so kind and patient with myself and my giant dog!
February 24 · abby dowlingOur senior Agatha had to visit the ER last week. Her visit notes were sent to Tower Hill. We have been going there for about 6 years. They are amazing! They called today to see how Miss Agatha was doing! They really care. We didn’t go to Tower Hill for the ER visit because it was urgent and in the very early morning. If you want your fur family to have amazing care, follow up, and overall compassionate care, visit this practice. Thank you all for you’re care for our seniors.
May 11 · Lynne QI've been taking my cats here for probably 10 years now! Dr Bright, Greta, Dr. Tucker and ALL of the staff are amazing, caring and attentive. Fees are very reasonable too.
October 15 · Nicky RichallI can't thank the whole staff enough. I had a small emergency with my bengal cat, io. They were able to make time WITHIN THE HOUR to see him. Dr Bright gave him the care and attention he (and I) needed. He's home now, happy as a cat can be. All of my pets have been patients here, and that will not stop. Top notch, as always! ♥
March 31 · Christopher WattTHIS OFFICE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HOW GREEDY THEY AREI have a 7 month old puppy who has had a very unique medical case that I have been dealing with since memorial day. Tower Hill saw my dog physically once for the problem and it was only because I already had an appointment scheduled for his shots prior to the initial emergency vet visit on memorial day. I had called and explained his symptoms and they just wanted me to bring in a urine sample and get a medicine for itching, walk through the door quick $100 don't even have to see the dog. That is the way Tower Hill vet wants it. They want your money, they don't care about the health and welfare of your pet. They asked me to bring him in for a sedated appointment but I couldn't have him there in their required morning time frame because I have kids who needed to be in school in the morning, they didn't even try to help accommodate getting him there a little early so they could truly find the problem and help my dog. I called them again after 4th of July again asking them what can I do to help my dog who was still bleeding and I was concerned for the amount of blood lose he'd already experienced from a reoccurring wound, Tower Hill booked me an appointment for 7.24.24. July 12th I started making phone calls again to any office that would help my dog. Finally I found a vet who agreed to see us on her lunch break because her schedule was so full. My dog was so severely anemic that I had to rush him to a hospital in Concord for a blood transfusion and that's where my dog is admitted currently. My puppy would have died if I left his care in the hands of Tower Hill vet.
