Vetco Vaccination Clinic Reviews
The veterinarians were nice but the vetco area is so run-down and bare minimum. It's just a table in the back of the store. It's not sanitary and when I brought my cats here for their shots, the table wasn't cleaned from animal to animal and both my cat got fleas. I have went to the Rego park location before and they have a separate room just for vetco vaccination. It's well maintained & cleaned between animals. I never had an issue with fleas before until now.
April 28 · Shao Ru ZhangBrought my dog into Petco Howard Beach for her yearly shots, the Vet refused to give her the 1 yr Rabies show, she said Vetco only used the 3 yr shot, and if I wanted the 1 yr shot I had to go elsewhere. I Called cust svc and they clarified that Vetco offered both the 1 yr & 3 yr rabies vaccine. So currently my dog did not get her Rabies shot this year, very dissatisfied with your services
March 24 · Elaine SilbermanWas great,my furr baby loved his check-up wasn't expensive. In,out, was clean establishment staff was very friendly, informative I saw a Doberman there ears was pulled, wrapped up they told me that's how it's done l Never knew that.Duh! On me lol!
May 09 · Destiny HamptonCame to the store twice to return an item that I purchased two months ago. Store manager first time around said she would honor the store credit but since I did not have my ID she cannot do it. Returned again today and now I’m being told they can do nothing for me and even gave me a customer service number that is not useful and is only used for online purchases. This is poor service, especially when their own Vet services provided the products that were bought initially. I feel unseen and not considered as a consumer
September 13 · Vesna MunozNo temperature check or anything just how is he doing…good. Ok then he is good to get the vaccines. Also he is 5lbs and the person couldn’t hold him down enough to enter his skin just one time he got pricked three times for one vaccine! His little arm was super sore he could hardly walk
