August 24 · Boyce SpinelliDealing with another ear infection and we were able to get an appointment for the same day. Sully received excellent care and hi Dr. gave us a lot of information, she took time to explain everything and never made us feel rushed. the team effort in taking my basset hounds blood was amazing too!
August 12 · Kim MaxsonDr Hannah Cox is a amazing vet she saved my 15-year-old cat's life after my cat attacked a raccoon that was trying to come into my house. my cat really fought for her life and she had to have her front leg amputated with other injuries that were taken care of by Dr Cox and her amazing staff. I would highly recommend Norwichtown Veterinarian Hospital . everybody was so caring and loving. I would like to thank all the staff who took care of my cat feline.
May 26 · Cathy CaronWe received excellent care. My pets always feels right at home when they visit. Norwichtown Vet. Dealt with Dr Cox, Corina, Alex, Lauren , Kristle, Becca and Kim. We have also seen Dr Blakeslee and Dr Tretter in the past. We get extra special attention from all of them! All of the staff are wonderful, caring and knowledgeable. The vets and staff are always good to us when we visit.
August 01 · Dawn CarlsonThe tech (cannot remember her name) was great with Hazel. She is a nervous dog and both the tech and Dr Lemmerz recognized this and made the effort to be gentle and kind to her. I appreciate that Dr Lemmerz took the time to check the lump thoroughly and to ask if I had any questions. She explained what she was doing throughout the visit and answered my questions clearly which helped to lower my anxiety about the tumor. The tech went over the details of our visit and was thorough in explaining next steps. We've never had a bad experience at Norwichtown Vet but this visit was definitely one of the best and Dr Lemmerz is a great addition to the team. Thank you both for being so sweet with our nervous girl The tech and Dr Lemmerz were both fantastic! How nice the tech and Dr were with Hazel
