★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1An incredible, educational, and comforting experience! The team included me in every step and even let me stay overnight with my cat, providing cozy bedding in a private room with my cat Clover. Clover loved the staff too! Highly recommend for urgent pet care.
March 30 · Sophia SperoI found a wildlife bunny/rabbit who was in pretty bad shape so I bought him in without knowing if they would even be able to help us out. To my surprise, everyone was so incredibly kind and took us in with Ozzy (the rabbit). They checked him out and let us know it would be best to let him go. They let us hold onto Ozzy for a bit and even let us hold him while they sedated him to sleep. Sad we had to let him go but I’m glad we brought him to the right people. Thank you VEG ER🫶🏻 also, the clinic was super clean and very welcoming
July 31 · Ju MartinsI would 10000% recommend here, I had to bring my cat in and I was freaking out a bit, and they were so incredibly kind and they immediately checked him out, and spoke to him in a very reassuring way, and me as well. Dr. Kristen was absolutely amazing, she explained in depth what test they had to do and re explained it if needed because I was having a hard time fully processing everything, and then when she got the results she showed me and explained what every single thing meant. They eased my anxiety with my little man so much, and they even illustrated the bag with his meds which is such a cute extra step that makes me so happy!! Will come here again if he ever needs it!!!
August 25 · Kendall CassidyOur sweet kitty took a bad fall and I am so glad we chose VEG! My partner was seen so quickly and the follow up from staff was superb (shoutout to Margaux)! Emergency vet visits will always be $$$ - but the experience matters. Down to the little hearts on his cast, this boy was cared for. Will absolutely choose them again (although 🤞🏼 I hope we won’t have to)! 👏🏼
April 19 · M TThis place is the best. We came in at 2 in the morning because our cat wouldn’t stop vomitting and everyone was amazing from the nurses that spoke with us on the phone to the assistants to the vets. They truly care about every animal that comes to the hospital. After doing blood work we found out our cat had pancreatitis, and the vets gave us frequent updates via text and phone call during our cats 2 night stay. Special shoutout to Drs. Johnson, Knapic, Silverstone and Ciona. All of the veterinarians made us feel at ease during this extremely stressful time. Highly recommend!
