★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Dr Snow and staff are fantastic. Colchester vet previously treated my cat sassy, who I gratefully had for 17 years, past away last year. So appreciative to Colchester Vet and the wonderful staff who treated her. A couple weeks ago I adopted a two year old cat, my sweet boy Arlo. We just had an exam with Dr Snow. Dr. Snow was so patient answering my many questions and so gentle and kind with Arlo. I highly recommend Colchester Vet.
August 01 · Rachel McKnightWas recommended this vet through family, heard great this about them but through my own experience, I personally would not recommend this vet for your furry friends. First off i spayed my puppy who was returned to me with stitching that looked like it had been done by an Apprentice. After fully checking my puppy mila I noticed her microchip was sticking half way out of her skin you could see the horsepill sized chip visibly jus by looking at her neck. Now i am trying to get the receipt from them to turn into my pet insurance i get nothing but attitude. Very unprofessional.
April 07 · Brian GalindoOur mini bernedoodle was neutered and back dew claws removed 2 days ago. He is doing amazing. He came home super clean and obviously very well taken care of..had to share my experience.
March 06 · Laureen EspinosaPicked up my dog from the vet on Friday, I went to work Saturday put him in his crate before I left came home to a hypodermic needle is crate with him that he has been chewing on. That could of killed my dog or seriously seriously injured him. Also, not the first time I've had issues with this Vet. When I picked him up 2 weeks ago from getting a new splint put on when I got home I noticed that he chewed through his splint while he was in their care and they released him back to me like that. So I ended up driving 15 minutes home taking him out of the car noticing it and putting him right back in the car and had to drive 15 minutes right back there and sit there for an hour so they could fix the splint. Not sure what is going on with this place, but i would definitely be very careful if you care about your animals
July 14 · Joseph HamiltonLong wait times of 30+ minutes on two different occasions within the last 10 days (scheduled appointments). They have you wait in the car to be seen and their parking lot has zero shaded spots. Had to make a second appointment for today after my dog got so triggered in the waiting room while waiting so long last week. Was told today that there was another vet tech charge, even though this was us coming back for a second visit. I spoke to the person at the desk about this and was told multiple times that they would not remove this charge. Then I was told that we were charged incorrectly last week. We were longtime vet clients of 20 years and had six pets at this clinic. I considered switching vets when they repeatedly reminded us that our dog (who had passed away) was due for visits. Then I considered switching when they prescribed one of our dogs with the wrong medication and my husband realized it after picking it up at the pharmacy.I do not recommend this vet practice. We are no longer clients of theirs after today.
