★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Very caring staff. They cared for my lab/springer from when he was a puppy, through cancer, when other vets told me to put him to sleep. My dog survived an extra 13 years he wouldn’t have had if not for this vet. They offered alternative treatments, performed the surgery, and treated his various ailments throughout his life. When it was time for him to cross the rainbow bridge he went to them and they were amazing
June 20 · Caren NicholsonOur 1st visit. My pup very comfortable here. They seemed very through on his initial exam
June 30 · Rick HoffBad experience! I made an appointment online for 1 1/2 months out due to them being very busy. My dog needed a rabies shot. To do that they required it be part of a "semi-annual exam." --which I scheduled, knowing it would cost at least a couple hundred dollars to get a rabies shot. I received email confirmation stating the appointment was successfully made and that I would receive a reminder in the mail. I showed up for the appointment and was told it was cancelled because I didn't call and confirm that my dog would be attending the appointment! It's my opinion that if they expect me to call and confirm 1 1/2 months after receiving their confirmation that the appointment was successfully made--shouldn't they have shown curtesy to someone new to their facility by calling me and saying you didn't call to confirm before they canceled the appointment. I walked out--They have an expectation of their clients' owners that they themselves do not extend to their clients.
July 25 · Lou Racineone of the best Vet experiences i’ve ever had! we took our puppy here for his first checkup, all of the staff were SO nice to me, it was around 5pm, end of the day and everyone was so kind!! 1000% if you are looking for a Vet in the area, go here!!! ✨
December 19 · Cynthia Christine's worldI just want to say thank you to Dr. Gilmore. We brought our cat here for a second opinion after a not so friendly visit to another local vet. Dr Gilmore was very very thorough. She took the time to answer any and all of our questions and explained everything start to finish. The compassion she had for our cat was unmatched. Although the diagnosis was still hard , she made us feel much better about our decisions going forward. Since our initial visit we’ve come back for another check up with even more questions and to seek her professional opinion. She was extremely honest with us and upfront. As we near the end of life for our cat I am so grateful we have had the chance to have her care for our cat. We will be switching all of our pets to this vet & office. I can’t say enough good about Dr Gilmore and her team.
