Usually pleasant experiences with staff that are helpful and caring. I’ve had great experiences either their groomers, specifically Brittnei who does a flawless job with my dogs, Dusty and Chase. Warm, caring and truly amazing to her and the staff that I usually encounter.

The personnel was nice when I called since they cancelled 2 of the items on my pick up order. He directed me that I would get a price match if I found the items in store. My issue is that the items were available and it was cancelled. So attention to fulfilling the orders needs to be a priority. Please take your time and thoroughly look thru the isles as it’s an inconvenience to wait for refunds and still having to purchase thru alternative methods while waiting for my refund.

It's very unfair that I give this location 3 stars. Before today I have had nothing but great customer service. The staff has provided great service and always very professional. I shop at this location almost every few weeks for my fur children's needs. Unfortunately today I had a a distasteful exchange with a manager. While shopping we needed to use the restroom and we proceed to head to the bathroom before picking up the item and not wanting to have any issues with entering the restroom with unpaid merchandise to prevent any issue. We asked a worker if they can unlock the restroom. However the exchange took a sour turn. We were questioned on whether we were a customer because their restroom is only for paying customers. We told this person yes we are and we stated that we are a repeat customer. They stop walking toward opening the bathroom and state" well are you going to buy something today. I was confused to why this person was getting rude and then stated that she would have to ask for a receipt to verify that I am a customer TODAY. My mother who urgently had to use the bathroom was so ashamed and wanted to leave. It was not until we were paying for our item that we learn that that person was the manager. I understand that store have their policies, however the matter in which this manager handled the situation was horrible. The nasty way she addressed us a loyal customers was disrespectful and

I went to the Petco looking for rummy nose tetras and luckily they had them. But when I got there no employees were in the aquatic section. The girl at the front told me I had to wait for someone to come off break and I thought there should be someone on the floor at all times. When someone finally helped me it was one of the vets or the assistant vet that came to the aquatic section. He didn’t know what he was doing so finally the employee that was on break came off and she didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing either. They had a difficult time catching the fish. They were dropping fish and holding onto the net too tight when they caught them to secure the fish and they took 15 mins to catch these fish. My fish didn’t even last a week and I don’t even want to go through the process of taking the dead fish back and the receipt and a water sample just to get my money back I was so disappointed. Not a good experience

One of the only big chain pet stores that actually upkeep the conditions of the tanks. I’ve been to many different branches of Petco and Petsmart, but this location is the only one that consistently maintains their fish tanks very well. Plus the team is super friendly, helpful, and most importantly - knowledgeable.
