★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Took my poor baby to the Fountain Valley Emergency Pet Hospital when she suddenly started walking on three legs and favoring one and it was after hours/my normal vet already closed. I was able to scan their QR code to check in upon arrival and they were able to see my baby quickly. After an initial assessment, Doctor Mar came to let me know his findings. We discussed my concerns, and then he went back in to patch up my baby, christian her with a cone of shame, and send us home with meds. Shout out to all amazing staff members I interacted with from start to finish!!! Thank you all so much for rescuing my baby when I was freaking out. I appreciate you all so much! ❤️

The staff is all very helpful, provides clear documentation, and gave my dog extra care to make sure he was comfortable in a scary time.I appreciate that we were able to spend time with our dog while he was hospitalized. Allowing us the time with him helped ease my anxiety and helped him feel more comfortable.I am so impressed by how quickly they answer the phone, check you in at the front desk, and respond to emails. The facility is clean and has water and coffee while you are waiting. They are up front about the costs of each thing they are doing and provide itemized receipts of services rendered.I hope we won't have to use their services again, but if there is ever another emergency they will be our first choice.
