★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This has been the best veterinary hospital I have ever taken any of my animals to. The caring compassion and urgency I have seen them show so many animals in addition to my own has been amazing over the past 10 plus years. Even recently to have past folks I have met that work here come out and say Hi to me in the car since I have been unable to go in due to recent disability of my own. I appreciate all the folks that work here and all that they do to help keep all my family members healthy. Thank you! So very much!
May 13 · TreeToppMy husband is a K9 officer and Dr. Grant has been an excellent Vet for our working K9 family member. This made me want to take our personal dogs to this hospital. Dr. Wiedenkeller is our new GSD puppy’s Vet and is so kind and knowledgeable. My 7 month old puppy loves the staff and is very comfortable in their care. As an animal professional (I’ve been a zookeeper and animal trainer for 18 years), I’ve worked with a lot of Veterinary Professionals, and I appreciate the expertise and kindness of the staff at this hospital.
January 29 · OC Paws Dog TrainingHi, this is the pet hospital you want to go too ! Dr Grant was exceptionally friendly and understanding and explained in detail and performed the utmost care to my mother cat before, during ,and after treatment and worked well within my budget under the circumstances and the treatment that was necessary ! Extremely happy with the staff, etc as well ! And momma cat is so much happier! And I was even a walk in without an appointment ! This is by far the new dr and location for my cats ! Without a doubt ! Huge thanks and praise to community hospital and it's staff and to dr grant!
August 17 · Kyle GreenBe very weary coming here with your animals. They have a lack of empathy and compassion both at the front desk and the back.I received my animal from my previous check with them and he was very upset and sore. He was only getting his ears looked at and checked therefore I was very cautious and uneasy when I got him back and his chest seemed sore as if he was mishandled or held too roughly. Please retrain your staff on how to deal with difficult animals. Customer service can remedy any situation if you are KIND.UPDATE:I would like Dr Grant to reach out to me as soon as possible as the administer below you decided to argue with me over the phone for about thirty minutes over your lack of customer service. To have your office administrator, Jennie, talk down to me and interrupt me during our conversation was unprofessional and unprecedented. She made me feel like trash and left me crying after our phone call. She should not be in the position she is in if she lacks patience and compassion over a pet owner’s concerns.
September 08 · EBizI grew up in Garden Grove and have been a client here for over 50years. I also use the wonderful pet hotel managed by Mary. I can recommend both HIGHLY. We recently got to meet the 3rd generation of Veterinarians here. WOW, she's a chip off Grandpa and mom and dad. We live in Long Beach and make the drive for checkups and boarding. So do our family and friends. THANKS for the years of GREAT care for all our dogs!🐾🐾❤️
