★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I was recommended Dr Long Tran to do surgery on my dog Bonita 5 years ago. She did so well after that. So any time I had a problem I took her back. The prices were reasonable.I took Bonita again because she was struggling but nothing was found. I took her again the next day, Dr Tran saw her this time. He gave her so much love from the moment he saw her. I’m so happy he was person to treat her. He recommended to take my pup to another hospital since they are not over 24hrs.Or to take her home and give her so much love and hugs (I think he knew) :(.Unfortunately my baby love didn’t make it. And among all the sadness I am grateful Bonita got to be with such a loving doctor who cares about the pets.
April 12 · LoveSoulI brought my 2 years old puppy in just for a flea issue. Instead of simply prescribing flea medication, the vet insisted on a full exam and blood panel first. Then he told me my dog needed a baby tooth removed under anesthesia — costing hundreds of dollars. I said no, and guess what? A few months later, the tooth fell out on its own. No surgery needed.Later, my child brought the dog in again, and the vet claimed he needed to check for worms. There were no symptoms, no reason. Yet he still did an unnecessary procedure and charged for it. Nothing was wrong. This vet just looks for any excuse to charge more. He’s dishonest, pushes unnecessary treatments, and clearly cares more about money than your pet’s well-being. Do not trust this place. He talks very nice. Nằm yên cho daddy coi. He called my dog son and he is the father. That makes you feel touching like families with $$$$$$.
July 23 · Frank MaiI can’t thank Dr. Nguyen enough for the care and compassion he showed during one of the most difficult moments of my life—saying goodbye to my beloved dog. He was incredibly empathetic, kind, and patient throughout the entire process. His gentle demeanor and understanding made a heartbreaking situation feel a little more bearable. I’m so grateful for his support and the staff's kindness during this time.
