The clinic's wide array of services, from routine vaccinations to highly advanced procedures like hyperbaric oxygen therapy and embryo transfer, makes it a comprehensive one-stop-shop for equine health. The positive reviews from clients consistently highlight the professional and impressive diagnostic skills of the veterinarians, particularly Dr. Christin Landis, who is praised for her ability to notice subtle changes in a horse's gait and devise successful treatment plans. Her proactive approach, as seen in the case of the gelding "Creamy" where she diagnosed an issue in an asymptomatic hock, is a testament to her thoroughness and experience. This high level of expertise, combined with the clinic's state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging and orthopedic capabilities, provides a significant advantage for owners of both performance and leisure horses. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Dr. Christin Landis is the definition of excellence. Her ability to diagnose and devise a successful treatment plan is impressive and noteworthy. My 2 year old gelding, Creamy, presented with swelling in his left hock. Dr. Landis performed radiographs of his left hock and upon examination recommended taking X-rays of his right hock which was asymptomatic! Creamy was diagnosed with OCD , bone fragments, in both hocks. Dr. Landis helped schedule and coordinate surgery with renowned surgeon, Dr. Orvet of New Bolton. Thank you Dr. Landis.Dr.Landis thank you for your diagnosis of Creamy and for taking the time to review radiographs and explain them to me in layman terms!Dr. Landis wowed me yet again! Elsa my 14 year old mare, was diagnosed with a check ligament injury during a routine physical and soundness check (Dr.Landis perform prior to performing any prophylactic hock injections). Dr. Landis noticed a change in Elsa gait which was not noticeable to the untrained eye! Dr. Landis performed orthopedic testing and diagnostic imaging (ultrasound). Elsa was diagnosed with a grade 1-2 tear in her right check ligament which could result in deep digital tendon damage if left untreated (which in most cases is career ending ). Dr. Landis devised ideal treatment and exercise plan for Elsa. Follow up Ultrasound showed minimal scarring and complete resolution/healing of Elsa’s check ligament injury! I am awe-struck once again. Thanks Dr.Landis, Dr. Stephanie, Dr. Barnes and Reed. You will continue to be my go to for all my equine health care needs. THANKS FOR BEING THE BEST!
November 22 · Courtney AhlersThis review is solely on the receptionist for the clinic. I am giving it a 1 because she is so unwelcoming and unpleasant to talk to over the phone that alone makes me not want to further associate with this business. I truly believe customer service goes a long way and I have never called and asked for anything out of this world complicated or been rude to her. She has always been rude and her tone indicative that she would rather be doing other things. It’s not a great feeling when you call a place and they make you feel like you are a burden. If you don’t like your job find one you do like. I’ve only ever asked her for an appointment or two email me a copy of my horses records and every time it’s been like I asked her to hang the moon and stars and it is some impossibly complicated task. For this reason alone I no longer deal with this clinic.
April 11 · Ashley LongI have had nothing but positive experiences, from the office staff to the Drs. They are truly committed to the horses they care for. The office staff is always patient, helpful and organized. Dr. Bruce has come to rescue many times and I am very grateful for his wisdom and knowledge. Plus the facility is really beautiful and well cared for!
