As one customer review noted, the team at FeatherBrite goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. When a specific item was temporarily out of stock, they took the time to personally call the customer, a level of care not often seen in today's retail environment. This personal touch, combined with their prompt resolution of issues like a malfunctioning bulb, showcases a business that truly values its patrons and the well-being of their birds. This is the kind of dedication that builds a loyal community of customers who trust FeatherBrite to provide for their beloved pets.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I ordered two cage lamps for my birds and I love them! When they were out of the color I ordered, they called and made sure I was ok with waiting another week until they could get the supplies in. The lamps were very well packed, and when one of the bulbs malfunctioned, they sent me a new one right away. My birdies have been enjoying the lamps very much!

February 02 · MandarrI love the featherlite bulbs and fixtures, but the fixtures are crazy expensive. These type of bulbs ( full spectrum for birds or lizards) last almost exactly one year, almost to the day. That is normal for this type of bulbs and you simply need to plan on that yearly cost. Don't buy knock off/ 3rd party 'full spectrum ' bulbs, I have done so periodically, trying to find cheaper bulbs and they are always garbage. What I have from featherbrite: i have two cage top light fixtures ( each one full spectrum bulb and one UV moon bulb)and one pendulum/ bell type fixture that holds two full spectrum and one UV moon bulb. These bulbs are so important for your birds health: their eye health and feather health being the most noticable. Of my fixtures the oldest one, which is maybe 6 or 7 years old has developed either a wiring or socket issue. I am going to reach out to featherbrite to see if they can give me advise on a rewiring kit but I do have to note that my birds splash water around a lot, so this could have impacted the life of the fixture. I would recommend wrapping or covering the on off switch to keep water splash and even just feather dust out of it. I think the bulbs are worth their cost but I think the fixtures are too high. BUT the benefit to my birds - of getting as close to real sunlight as possible - is worth the cost to me. I haven't seen any type of cage / bird lighting like this anywhere else.

January 14 · Elizabeth CromwellThe lamp worked for about a year when the bulb started flickering like a strobe light. Featherbrite was responsive and sent me a new bulb but that one flickered too. It was clear the lamp was defective. I called and left a message for customer service but they never responded. It was an expensive lamp to only last a year. I would not recommend it.
