They offer convenient services like in-store pickup, which allows customers to place an order and pick it up at their convenience, streamlining the shopping process. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1As someone with extensive experience in animal care, I can confidently say this place is in serious need of education and intervention. The cages and tanks are filthy—likely untouched for months, if not years. Birds are crammed into tiny enclosures, and the cages for sale are far too small for humane living.A guinea pig was kept in a dirty fish tank filled with feces, with filthy water, no hay, chews, or hiding place—basic necessities. Fish tanks offer no ventilation for small mammals, which likely explains the flies inside. All fish tanks had cloudy, dirty water, dead fish floating, and species improperly housed together—such as goldfish (cold-water, high-ammonia producers) with angelfish (tropical, different PH and temp needs), showing a clear lack of basic aquatic knowledge. We didn’t see reptiles, but the empty enclosures were clearly unsuitable—no UVB lighting, which is essential to prevent MBD. Previous reviews showed signs of serious neglect, like a severely malnourished leopard gecko. While the staff member was friendly and they carried some hard-to-find supplies, it doesn’t excuse the blatant neglect. Several birds appeared sick or injured, and the odor throughout the store was beyond normal—speaking as a former zookeeper, this was not just “animal smell.” I sincerely hope the owners and employees of this buisness spend some time researching basic animal knowledge and care…

They showed me two birds that were being hangs feed and trained. Veariety scanned from finches tho parrots tho exotic love birds. They also had young and adult chickens. All three cages were clean. It was clear that they care about their pets. They a also had chinchillas, rabbits and other animals. I would feel very comfortable buying from here. Large selection of foods also. March 24 · Goat MoonLooks like they change of owner, I ask a question and the lady said we don’t know. The gentleman there was intelligent and polite. He did know his business.

August 01 · Levi AbneyI'm very pleased with the purchase of two budgies. The staff is very knowledgeable and they helped us to select a young couple to possibly have babies in the future. They have low prices and a wide variety of birds to choose from.
