★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The store is very clean and the fish are very healthy...but the polite staff always making sure I find everything I need is why this place is one of my favorites. They also keep nano fish that are difficult to find elsewhere.
April 26 · sharp sharpGreat place to buy a fish! I loved that this place keeps bettas in separate aquariums, no cups. We got a betta just 2 days ago to a cycled tank and he already made a bubble nest, I assume he is healthy and happy!
May 06 · Darina MelnychenkoMy go to fish store now. I've been to quite a few and nothing beats this place. Amazing customer service, very good selection and knowledgeable workers. Not to mention very reasonable prices. Every animal I have purchased is thriving and always healthy. 10/10 amazing work guys.
August 15 · Your Typical Player 1I have to say Optimum has the best price in town hands and it was the place to go for 20 years not anymore. In the past few months customer service has gone down the drain. I know Greg hasn’t been there a lot and counting on his employees to run it for him. Every time I go in there no one greets me as I come in or just a simple do you need any help. But as others come in they are treated differently. The only people that helped me was his son and the guy with a pony tail and glasses. When I walk around the others acted like they were busy. Today was the final day. I came in with a jug of water and of course no one greeted me when they saw me. I walked around for a few minutes and everyone just went on what they were doing stocking shelves. I have no idea what I did but for that kind of service kind of make you wonder who else they do that to. The guy with the red hair is the worse. Good luck. I would leave 0 stars but it would not let me.
August 20 · kraig gergansVery beautiful store with amazing set-ups. I have been to very few pet stores around here that care for their reptiles properly. They took in one of my turtles that was being aggressive to the others and provided it with a great tank/all the necessary equipment for an aquatic turtle. After speaking to the reptile expert, I know my turtle and all the other animals there are in good hands!
