Bought a 16 foot dog leash and I do like it, just a bit pricey. Paid $20 for this one. It’s for smaller dogs and it works perfectly. I also got these veggies sticks for my pup and he loves them. They were buy 3 get one free but you do have to have an account to get the sale by providing your phone number. They also offer dog training classes and pet adoption. Store was clean and I enjoyed looking at the different animals.

Took my baby boy for his last set of shots! The Vets running the clinic, the young lady checking us in for the clinic and Cal at the register were all very nice!!! Otherwise, too many other staff members walking around with their heads down. I wish the Petco closest to me had what I needed, that’s for sure. Cal…get the dinosaur and others on Amazon; unless your employee discount drops it below $11. Thanks for the conversation and service!

I had a lot of help I bought my cat to vet at Banfield hospital in the store for shots for my Cali cat. I then bought a cat door for my sliding door. It is great, my Cali can come and go in safety out to the patio. I will go back to buy other cat toys and helpers

Saturday, 07/12/2025, 8 am to 12 pm Jackie went from "Scruffy to Spiffy!" Thanks to Jessica at Arden's Grooming Salon at Petco.Prior post: They have the courtesy to order the dog food for home delivery if it's not sold on the shelf!!! Great customer service.

The aquarium tank section is in desperate need of a complete overhaul. The entire area feels neglected and uncared for; from the moment you walk in, you’re met with a grim, uninviting atmosphere. The tanks themselves are filthy, with murky water and algae buildup that make it hard to even see the fish inside. Many of the fish appear lifeless or poorly maintained, which is incredibly disheartening.The floor is dirty, littered with dust and debris, and the signage is old, faded, and just as grimy as everything else. The dim lighting only amplifies the depressing ambiance. Large red bins sit out in the open, covered in dust and looking like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks. Equipment like fish nets, tubes, and other cleaning tools are strewn about, left to dry in full view, adding to the cluttered and disorganized appearance.What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of customer service. I stood around clearly needing assistance, but no one acknowledged me. One employee actually noticed me, made eye contact, and deliberately turned down another aisle to avoid engaging. No greetings, no “can I help you?”, nothing. It felt like I was invisible.Eventually, I had to walk up to the front register, where two employees were chatting idly at their empty counters. I asked for help, and one of them agreed to assist but instead of helping me first, he started with a group that had arrived after me. I waited another five or six minutes, watching the painfully slow service, before deciding to just leave altogether.This level of neglect in terms of the facility and customer experience is unacceptable. What should be a peaceful and engaging part of the store has instead become a dirty, dreary, and frustrating place to visit. I won’t be returning until it sees some serious improvements.
