The girl Cindy scissors cut my 10 pound dog, didn’t bath her, she literally had eye boogers in her face. Cut her skin and did not tell me. Charge me $82 more than what I was quoted and again did not bathe my dog and injured her. Was rude. Try to say that my dog was fussy. But never disclosed this to me until I complain to the manager. However, the GM did pay for the vet and refund me my money. But it took three days and and a lot My part to get those results. And my dog has a cone on her head for seven days and I have to give her antibiotics for seven days, resulting in having the responsibility to care for injured dogs simply because I wanted to get her groomed at Petco. I would NOT recommend them under the current grooming management and groomer Cindy. Absolutely the worse experience I’ve ever had. GM was kind and did his best to take care of the situation, once I made him aware. Approximately 3 days later after getting no help from customer service. Unfortunately my dog is still injured in on antibiotics and where the cone for seven days.

So sad that this is 2025 and the Beta fish are still being housed in tiny containers of water. Petco really needs to evolve and stop living with the archaic 1980’s pet mentality.

Emily the store manager was very rude and disrespectful.When I called the store to ask if the store would be open on Labor Day and if grooming services were available, the employee said, "yes" and you do not need an appointment.When I got there today, Jade, the groomer said she would not groom my dogs, I asked to speak with the manager.When Emily came over she said it was my fault for not getting the employee's name.If I call a store to ask a question, only employee's who know the correct answers should be allowed to talk to customers.It was clearly the employee and not the customer.Emily needs to go to management classes because I would not recommend this store to anyone! I would be afraid of mistreatment to my pets after the way I was treated.Not to mention, the ad said any pet in the store on Labor Day would get a free gift and all my dogs got was rudeness and disrespect!

The manager named Emily tried to pruposely make me more upset than I already was.I was upset because I called the store to ask if they would be open today and an employee told me they would be open and no appointment was necessary.Therefore, I brought my dogs in to get groomed.When I got there Emily told me it was too bad that I didn't get the employee name because my dogs were not welcome since I did not have an appointment.The groomer named Jade said she did not want to groom my dogs. Jade was very mean to me as if I should have known to make an appointment when the person on the phone told me not to make an appointment. Of course they turned it around to be the cutomer's fault when the employee on the phone did not do there job to begin with.It is probably best that my dogs did not get groomed at Petco beacuse the two rude employees probably would be mean to my dogs, just like they were mean to me.Managers should try to comfort and help customers, not try to make them angry. Well Emily succeeded in making me angry enough to not ever go to Petco again!I will let everyone know not to go to PETCO. Petco does not care about anyone's feelings and I would feel they would mistreat my animals since they mistreated me. Very horrible customer service from the manager named Emily and the groomer named Jade.

i bought $80 worth of fish from them. the next day my $30 pleco is dead. I return it and unfortunately they tell me they can’t do anything for me bc i don’t have a receipt or a phone number with them but i have my bank statement i have from the day before. They can’t even give me store credit ? Online it says you guys have a 30 day guaranteed warranty. Instead of trying to work with me they say they can’t do anything for me when i was literally in the day before.
