Petco is a fantastic store for all pet owners! They have a wide selection of pet food, toys, and accessories for every type of pet. The store is well-organized and easy to navigate, making shopping quick and enjoyable.The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help with questions about products or pet care. This Petco is the worst! My dog had a 10:30 grooming appointment. I stood in line behind 2 people ahead of me for 20 minutes because no one was at the desk. I realized I needed to go out to my car to get proof of my pet's vaccinations. When I returned, there were still the same two people ahead of me and one was being server. I think the employee thought that I had just arrived. When it's finally my turn to be served, the woman starts to sign my pet in at approximately 10:50, she then tells me I'm too late for my dog's appointment and the manager agreed telling me she (mgr) can reschedule me. I will never return to this place again. Employees are never at the grooming counter. Customers always have to wait. Employees have placed a sign on the window telling customers not to knock on the window to get their attention when no one is at the counter. Instead, customers have to wait until employees are ready to come and serve us. Note: There were only two employees there. The manager and another employee came later. It's not fair that the customer is punished for their lack of service. I'm glad pet Smart is around the corner.

Our dog was a regular client for 3 years until yesterday! Her regular stylist quit, so our dog was rebooked with the manager. The problem is that we weren’t told that the manager Bridgett doesn’t actually do the work. She runs a so-called academy, so it’s a free for all at that point. Petco is using bait and switch tactics to retain clients. After three hours, our dog had been scalped in places she shouldn’t have been. She was rescued just in time because she would’ve been really botched if she wasn’t picked up early. If Petco wants to run a grooming school then the prices need to drop for those who want to risk their pet’s safety and overall look. More importantly, it needs to be advertised as a school not a grooming business.

Went to Petco to get my dog a bath and trimmed up. They do a good job, but today they appeared to be overbooked. The appointment was for 10 and he wasn't done till 2. I didn't have plans to be in that area for that long of a time. I'll go back to them
