★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I got a leopard gecko from Petco and every time I would go there for help it would be misinformation. When I first brought her home I was informed that she was a baby and that she needed a 25w light in a 10 gallon tank and when she was not happy in there they told me to go up to a 75w light. They also told me to give her meal worms or wax worms but after about 2-3 weeks she stopped eating, that’s when I came here and they recommended that I switch her light to a black light and take away the carpet and put an under tank warming pad. Within the matter of 10-20 minutes she was much happier with her tank and I owe it all to the wonderful people in this store and I will continue to come back for my meadowI will put before and after
July 31 · Bianca JacksonThis place was absolutely disgusting. The reptile hygiene was terrible. ALL the snake bedding was filthy, multiple feces in every enclosure. Water bowls with feces in them, snakes with bad sheds. Adult Bearded Dragons all in one enclosure showing aggression and excessive head bobbing and solid black beards. No proper sized hides and water bowls. The amount of 🪰 on the animals was ridiculous. No one should buy anything from here unless they clean this store up and properly care for the animals.
September 04 · Donnell SailsI had such a fantastic experience at the Reptile Emporium & Aquatic Center in Highland, Indiana! From the moment I walked in, I was amazed by the variety of reptiles and aquatic creatures they have—some I had never even seen before. The atmosphere is so welcoming, and you can tell right away that the animals are cared for with so much love and attention. The staff there really made my visit special. They were incredibly friendly and took the time to answer all my questions, no matter how small. I even learned some fascinating facts about a few of the reptiles, like the habits of Green Anacondas and the unique personalities of bearded dragons! They genuinely seem passionate about what they do, and it shows.I also appreciated how well-organized everything was. Whether you're shopping for supplies, looking for a new pet, or just exploring, it's easy to find what you need. I left feeling inspired and more confident in caring for my own pets. I can’t recommend this place enough—it’s a gem for anyone who loves reptiles or is simply curious to learn more.
