★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1i recently wrote a very long and detailed review on how despicable and inhumane this business is. But they removed my review. I’ll keep this one short, basically they sold me a sick, deformed and diseased puppy that will have lifelong issues that has cost me well over $10,000 in vet bills. She’s a runt, has epilepsy, a tremor disorder, extra toes, eczema. the list goes on. I love her with all my heart and wouldn’t trade her for the world. but this place is repulsive and should be shut down.
April 27 · jared mannyIf I could give negative reviews I would. This place neglects their puppies and takes bare minimum care of them. The way they grab and yell at the animals is despicable. Not to mention the financial aspect. I put a deposit down for what they told me was a healthy puppy to then get a voicemail stating the puppy was very sick. Upon further discussion regarding not wanting to bring home a sick animal while there are four other healthy animals in the house. They refused any refund and or compromise and cared very little about the health and wellbeing of that individual dog or the other dogs. Not just for the financial but I will be bringing this to court more so for the way they mistreat these babies. For now … DO NOT support animal neglect. following up their response... I have the voicemail saved stating that the puppy was not healthy...
August 16 · Bri LinerIt’s been a year since we’ve purchased our puppies from this locationAnd we absolutely adore themVERY CLEAN STORE!GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!I will probably be back to adopt two more puppies soon! ❤️🌸
July 27 · Mariela Gomez-LopezSo we got Jimmy in February. He had really bad kennel cough, was underweight and had a parasitic infection. I forgot which one which is usually transferred through dirty water. On the plus side they covered the first vet visit and the medication needed to deal with the infection. On the downside as he grew older and healthier after meds and care, we realized he doesn’t look like a pure breed cavalier King Charles spaniel as stated on his akc paperwork. We love our dog but I don’t see us going there again. I figured if we went to a reputable place we’d get an official purebred dog. If we wanted a mutt we would’ve adopted. I love my other dog very much and she’s half pitbull and half shitzu. The mix isn’t the problem. It’s the paperwork stating he’s purebred and him not being so with a big price tag.
August 05 · Jasmine hernandezmy boyfriend and i went in and we were greeted by 2 young people both on their phones, the only thing they said was that we can’t touch the puppies only look, which wtv. but the place smelled terrible the second we walked in, the puppies did not look like purebred dogs, the cages were filthy, and the staff just had a very unwelcoming tone. may have just been a bad day or bad crew but i wouldn’t recommend this place and i hope the pups are okay.
