★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this place definitely earned it. The staff seemed uninterested and barely acknowledged I was there. The tanks were dirty, and several fish looked sick or stressed. I saw dead fish floating in more than one tank. which is completely unacceptable for a store that claims to care about animals. Prices are inflated, and customer service is non-existent. I asked a simple question about tank compatibility and was met with an eye roll and a shrug. This place feels more like a cash grab than an actual pet care business. I left frustrated and disappointed. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.edit: firstly, we had the same experience and our reviews aren’t the same whatsoever, she was saying your place is disgusting which is absolutely true and mine said your workers were rude and were horrible with customer service. think again stop trying to make yourself look better. clean your tanks and don’t kill your fish. simple as that.
July 11 · Makayla LarkinI just visited this place, and I’m honestly shocked at how filthy and heartbreaking it was. The smell alone was unbearable—unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. None of the fish tanks were clean, and I saw at least three dead fish floating in each one. The puppies were kept in tiny boxes, some of them eating scraps of newspaper, and the staff clearly seemed to he stoned. While some of the dogs had companions, one in particular completely broke me. He was alone in a dark enclosure, visibly terrified, holding his empty food bowl up to the glass as if he was asking for his bowl to be filled. Even the dogs that shared enclosures had to split a single bowl. It’s painfully obvious that the animals here are severely neglected. Maybe the owner would call me “uneducated” or simply say "complete lies" for pointing this out, but frankly, I couldn’t care less about their immature bs responses. This isn’t just poor management—it’s outright cruelty. I’ve never seen a pet store this disgusting, and something needs to be done.
July 11 · oliviah larkinI was looking to add new fish to my tank and searched for a place that I could keep going to and get acquainted with. Although… after reading not only the reviews… but the responses to those reviews?… what kind of business owner verbally attacks their customers for simply leaving a review, so people like me.. don’t waste their time… you should be reported to the BBB based off of your indecent responses to customer complaints. You don’t deserve a business. Point, blank, period. I can’t wait for my verbal abuse!
July 14 · Victoria ButlerI’ve been going here for almost a year now. The owner and staff are very knowledgeable, honest, and always helpful with the fish. I have always appreciated how they will steer me away from fish they know will not thrive in my tank!
May 31 · Megan Pinkston-CampI went bought a gecko about a week ago. When I first got him he had a big head with a very skinny body I tried feeding him he didn’t want to eat now here today he dies within a week with a bunch of clumps of white stuff around his mouth I called and they said they can’t do nothing about it consider not ever buy from here half the animals look sick
