Oh no. I’m so disappointed. I’m dashing and upon my entry to the store. 2 black females and and black male that was at the register were present. The two females are talking loudly and begin to talk about me. They burst into laughter the female wearing glasses and has a bob length braids got even louder trying to drag the other associate into the convo. Not really mad about HATERS but they never once said hello and or tried to ask me if I needed help. She at one point asked the male associate if that was his type again I was in the store searching for things and only received help from Maurice. Now I have more items to pick up so I’m going back and forth because there are no bags and the items are too large to take with both my hands, and when I came back in for The final time she said to me, oh you decided to come back in and get the other bag. I told her that the app only allows me to do one thing at a time so I And she said we don’t have nobody by that name we only have this So it’s not here with a very condescending tone and unprofessional so go figure she got a attitude with me because I heard was she and the other associate were saying when I first came in the store.

I went there to purchase doggie treats, could not find an associate for assistance but saw an associate sitting surfing on his phone. I asked a question but instead he told me where to find it. I have worked in retails before and I was required to go with the customer to the item they are looking for. I eventually found it and waited at the register but they were too busy with their phones. I left and went to another store. Unfortunately, it was the same thing I waited at the register with an item waiting for the associate but they were very busy with their phone. Must be Petco thing... My retail background we were not allowed to have phones!

When we first started using the self wash station it was $10 and included everything you needed. The price increased to $15 and we kept going because we liked the service. Recently the price increased to $20, but now they no longer offer gloves or even towels, and the quality of the soap is basically water. When we asked about the towels we were told we could buy one for $12.99. Anyone who has a pet knows how difficult it is to dry a dog without a towel. The water was very hot so when we asked the store employee if he could please help us lower the temperature because you cannot do it at the individual station he just said “no” despite the instructions on the wall indicating the need for temp adjustment. Additionally, the brush at the station was full of hair from the last pet washed and it was clear there was no effort made to clean the stations. The employees had an attitude from the moment we walked in the door on our last visit. Disappointing given how much we used to like the service when we first started using it. Given the horrible experience this last time around, we will no longer be returning.

terrible. go to petsmart if u can tbh. ordered same day delivery at around 12pm for them to tell me any orders that go through after 5pm get processed the next day. if it’s same day then… shouldn’t it be delivered the.. same… day? next morning didn’t receive anything (even an email) so i called and they said orders from the website don’t go through and u have to order through doordash.if this was the case then why provide that option? i would’ve just ordered through them in the first place or amazon. lmao… staff will also just play dumb and offer no assistance.
