They advertise that they are holistic, yet they sell mostly kibble and have a VERY limited selection of fresh food. They offer to order if they don't carry what you're looking for but then you're at the mercy of the shipping schedule and when something gets missed or the schedule altered noone calls to let you know and you're left scrambling to find other options. Overall, everyone I've encountered is friendly, but not everyone is knowledgeable on pet nutrition.

I was having issues with my cats getting sick and having to see the vet often. 2 years ago no those visits stopped. After talking with Amy I switched my two cats to primal raw nuggets. Knock on wood they have not needed the vet, no Medication, no vomiting and very very little hair balls Does it coast a bit more Yes, but I’m saving in vet bills and my fur babies are healthy. Thank you Amy and Sean for sharing your knowledge. God bless

Thank you thank you thank you! Let me preface by saying that I have grown extremely skeptical of almost all vets and feel they are trying to take advantage/manipulate/money grab. Our almost 9yr old dog was having a lot of skin/hot spot issues. I was growing increasingly hopeless, (and not willing to take my dog to the vet). I visited WITB, shared my concerns, and the owner guided me towards a better diet/products for our dog. It took a couple months, but her skin is MUCH BETTER and I simply feel better about what we are feeding her. We especially love the RAW goat milk that we add to her kibble. She is like a new dog! Pretty, shiny and much more comfortable! From a skeptic, to an appreciative believer!

This place is awesome!. I adopted a 5 month old pup a couple weeks ago and was worried about how skinny he was. The staff here are very knowledgeable and will answer any questions. They helped me pick a diet that would best suit little Butters. In less than 24 hours, he is already in love with his new food.I will be a lifetime customer🙌
