★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1(Rest in peace Mocha Latte Johnson) I came in and urgently begged them to help my kitten, she was foaming at the mouth and throwing up still for unknown reasons..a few moments later they brought her back to me and told me she was stable. Then took her back in moments later, ran test and gave her fluids and medication and could not come to a specific conclusion on what was wrong, took EVERY dime I had then sent me away with medicine. Later that night my kitten had a seizure and died. Her last moments on this earth were torture, being poked and treated badly when I got her back and she was shaking…This place did NOTHING for my kitten and took all my money to not even save my Mocha. I’m heart broken and lost…please go to a real urgent care if your animals life is at risk…these people only care about money.
August 24 · Kula JohnsonThe care at Aloro is excellent. The staff is lovely and their communication is also really reliable and good. The cost is the only ouch in this experience. Stella the lovedog gives it 5 woofs!
July 30 · Robin LeveyI’ve been a loyal client of Aloro Pet Clinic for the past 15 years, but unfortunately, the service has really gone downhill since the change of ownership. The front desk staff no longer greet you or make you feel welcome. When I come in just to pick up food, no one seems to want to help — it’s always a game of “ask someone else” or “not my job.” The warmth and personal care that used to define this clinic is completely gone. It’s really disappointing to see such a great place lose its heart.
July 17 · Michelle DajdumrongwoodExcellent care since 1994. I miss Dr Dogra a lot. Getting familiar with the new vets there but they seem to be caring and kind. Always accommodating.
June 24 · Eileen O'FarrellVery kind, very courteous, loving and attentive with my dog Luna. They made sure to keep her calm and happy while in the exam room so as not to make her nervous about her next visit.Did not try to upsell me on a bunch of things we don’t need. Gave her a quick but thorough, physical exam and then the vaccines I asked for and sent us home with a smile. Highly recommend.
