★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I am absolutely thrilled with my experience at this clinic! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by an adorable cat named Sherlock at the reception. He has an incredibly calming effect on all the animals that come into the clinic. Not only does Sherlock bring a sense of comfort, but the staff and the vet, Dr. Vlad P., provide top-notch care, making both pets and their owners feel welcome and well looked after.A special thank you to Dr. Vlad for his friendly and compassionate approach to animals. Let’s be honest—my dog has a difficult personality, and visiting the vet has always been a stressful experience. But to my surprise, I got back a calm and healthy Maltese after a complex dental cleaning and extraction procedure. Dr. Vlad guided us through each step, thoroughly explaining the necessity of the procedures and how they would be performed. He kept me informed about my dog's condition at every stage, which helped ease my own stress as well.I highly recommend this clinic not only for the welcoming atmosphere they've created for animals, but also for their well-selected staff. In particular, I can’t recommend Dr. Vlad enough for his professionalism and care. Having interacted with many veterinarians in various countries, my experience with Dr. Vlad left a lasting and positive impression on both me and my dog. In him, we not only found an excellent veterinarian but also a friend.
October 26 · Olesia VasylenkoToday, I visited this beautiful, clean clinic. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the most beautiful cat in the world greeted us with love as well. We had an appointment with Vlad, and I want to highlight his professionalism and care for my dog. Everything was quick and professional. I'm grateful for the help, and this is exactly the kind of care every clinic should provide.
August 28 · Polina LogunovaIt got my attention that in between all the houses and businesses the veterinary center is saved, because innocent animals were inside , God’s miracle 🙏God blessings 🙏
January 11 · Masuda Nawabimy family has been coming to this vet place for years now, every time i have been, I can tell some of the doctors don't know what they are talking about. This place charges Way to much money for simple procedure. The staff behind the desk is just rude sometimes and just doesn't care about you or your dog, they just want you in and out. My dog has been coming since birth for checkups and problems with allergy's and iching ears, they had also told us she has she has a heart murmer and gave us medication for her but nothing seems to be getting better and i'm just spending more money for medication and procedures that i don't even think is helping my dog.
March 13 · campbell ferrierWe live in the Palisades and I have been using Pali Vet for years. Dr. Jordon and her predecessor provided excellent care. With regret I must post a warning to others. I made an emergency visit to Pali Vet because our then 2 year old pup became lethargic and demonstrated a neurological issue. Rather than perform a urine test to see if he ate something, a complete work up was done at tremendous cost; as it turned out our pup must have ingested something and he quickly recovered within a few hours of being seen. I paid the bill and then wrote to the owner several times and expressed concern about the billing practice. I anticipated the owner would respond and work through the problem. The owner ignored my request for a conversation. Be careful about over utilization. Also, I made several requests for my pups records which were ignored. Finally, yesterday the records were sent to me by email. I inquired once again about having a conversation with the owner. The owner did not respond. Clearly the owner is unwilling to address a reasonable request for a conversation. Be careful if you use this facility. I will post again if this review results in the owner responding.
