Northeast Animal Hospital Introduce

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Got my kitten spayed here three weeks ago, left the cone on her and tried to keep her as calm as possible. The sutures ended up coming undone and I had to rush her to an emergency vet over 4th of July weekend. The emergency vet informed me that my kitten’s sutures even seemed a bit too loose way before they had fully come off, since I had photos of when I first brought my kitten home (trying to ensure it did not get infected).I called this place and asked if they would please just remove the staples, after I had already paid $600 in the ER to get them put in. They said they would have to charge me, but couldn’t give me a direct cost (“Depends on how hard it is to get the staples out”). HUH? Anyway all I wanted was for them to remove the staples, I wasn’t upset at anything previously, I understand it’s hard work but was hoping they would be nice enough to take my girl back in and get her all set to go, since they did originally work on her.I would not recommend this vet to anyone, very inconsiderate and money hungry 😕.
July 14 · Hailey KJust yesterday, I had to have my beautiful boy, Coot, put down. The ladies at Northeast were incredible. They helped me carry him from the car, explained everything in detail and were so kind to me through the whole process. Thank you all so much for helping me get through what was an extremely difficult day.
June 20 · Kelly ReppertThey got me in fast and were very friendly but when it came to my dog it was very lackluster. Got us back there the dog was acting odd. The dr listened to her vitals and then blamed old age for the way that she was acting. The vet ended up pushing this omega supplement that she even said she got a kickback from. Did not take blood did not really do anything for the dog. Used a reference of my grandma fell over on thanksgiving and we’re not putting her down. The dog could barely stand up on her own. So needless to say I took her to another veterinary hospital and turns out she has a brain tumor. Needless to say I’m glad they only charged me 50 dollars cause if it was anymore I would be fighting for my money back.
May 13 · Jake SnyderMy pets have all received excellent care here! Dr. Nahay puts your pet's care first! Other vets seem to only be interested in your wallet.
May 08 · LindaDr. Deb has been my vet for over 10 years. She is one of the best vets I have encountered.
