★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Just moved to Alton and I called to set up an appointment and they never called me back 👎🏼 it's been over 2 weeks since I left a message.. I would not recommend them at all. Seriously, how long does it take to return a phone call? Central New Hampshire animal Care in Chichester took me immediately. I would recommend them highly!!!Update since they responded here's a photo of your number and my 1 minute and 27 seconds call to you which was my message left. It was definitely your clinic.
July 30 · Jenny Simard LaBrancheI’ve had one experience here and now all my dogs will be coming here. My dog Mack passed away and I had no idea what to do. I called praying for help. I spoke with Brittney and all I can say is angel. Brittney and the other girls were friendly, compassionate, caring, and respectful. I walked in there a mess and was treated like I was the only person. Brittney talked me through the whole process from bringing Mack in, to taking him from me with so much care and respect for my families boy. I’ve had mixed experiences from other vets but here they are perfection on all levels. My wife went up the next day and now my other dogs are patients. Brittney thank you for caring for our boy.
May 10 · John MaguireI’ve brought my cat Bristle here for almost 3 years now and have never experienced a bad visit. The staff have always been kind and courteous to me and helped me through some scary times when my cat started having seizures. The team reassured me, answered all of my questions, and provided me with every resource I could need for my cat and her condition. My cat remains happy and healthy and I know she is in good hands should anything happen to her. Even after moving 30 minutes away, I wouldn’t choose another vet because the team at Alton has provided Bristle with such excellent care while soothing my nerves as an anxious cat mom!
March 15 · BriI switched to this clinic a year ago. Both Doctors have seen my dog and cat and were great with each of them. Recently my 14 year old dog under went major oral surgery performed by Dr. Scire. They did every necessary pre op test to ensure he would do well with anesthesia, etc. Both Dr. Scire and one of the techs, Erica, did a wonderful job explaining everything before and after his procedure. I have had no problems scheduling appointments or with the communication from the front desk- they have all been extremely cordial and personable. I see many negative reviews about their cancellation policy, etc. This is a small business and these policies are in place to protect the employees and business as a whole. When people cancel last minute they are unable to fill those spots with other clients. Many other appointment based businesses such as hair and nail salons and pet sitting companies have the same policy. Please show respect to the folks that help to ensure our animals are happy and healthy.Thank you!
January 22 · Kayla ChickJust switched all my dogs over to this vet, they were very informative, patient and kind. They helped me determine what I had been doing right and wrong trying to navigate our Moose's allergies. We are on a road of recovery and determining the route cause for his reactions and how to prevent them. I am very happy with their service. I can't wait to bring my Diamond girl and hope that goes well.
