July 01 · Marina ArandaI can’t say enough good things about Grand Terrace Emergency clinic. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive, informative, and compassionate. We called ahead and they were ready for Sprocket. They took the time to explain what was going on with him and didn’t seem to mind when I called into check on him various times. The entire staff from the doctors to the vet techs and front office staff were kind and caring, it was such a relief to feel like Sprocket was in caring, capable hands during such a stressful time.Thank you!
July 23 · Julie RothMy pup experienced extreme pain in her ears and the vet and staff were so knowledgeable and immediately knew what was wrong. She spent the night at the clinic and I strongly believe that they took the best care of her. When I picked my pup up, she was back to normal and the staff was so helpful in her recovery afterwards. My husband and I trust this clinic so much and we understand that prices will be high but the quality of their care and work is definitely worth it. Pesky foxtails for reference 😔.
August 10 · Georgina RodriguezI run San Bernardino non-profit Cause for SB Paws and was turned away by a different clinic for a pup with a broken leg bc they have a distemper outbreak. AEC did not turn us away bc they knew he was sick (coronavirus, bordetella, microplasma & pneumovirus) and he needed IV fluids. While there they also made sure when doing lung x rays that his broken leg was included which was incredibly helpful. I picked him uo 24 hrs later & he’s doing great. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is bc they no longer offer a rescue discount. Too many vets have gone corporate & no longer work with rescues and most people can no longer afford vet care.
September 09 · Angela HalfmanAll the staff were amazing from the moment I walked it. Unfortunately my 2 weeks old puppy was struggling and I was besides myself. I was greeted with compassion. The vetenerian was very kind and explained everything. They were very reasonably priced. They do provide options if one needs to finance the visit. I hope to never have to use them again but if there is another pet emergency, they definitely be my 1st choice.
