Nurse Savannah and Dr. Gonzalez are the only ones who took the time to use their phones to translate and make sure I understood my cat Ribs’ condition. I really appreciate how caring and patient they were. I felt very confident leaving Ribs in their care and I hope to see them again next time.

Our first appointment experience at the clinic was great - everyone was attentive, kind and genuine! Dr. Scott and her assistant, Sharon, were both friendly and present. We did not feel rushed. On the contrary, Dr. Scott explained everything and offered time for questions.My greatest compliments and gratitude goes to Cassie, the assistant manager! I had signed up for the discounted puppy plan which prevented me from having an itemized bill for all the services rendered to submit to our pet insurance. Having explained my predicament to Cassie, she assured me she would get back to me the following day after she had a chance to consult the management. To my surprise, I had the itemized statement in my inbox first thing in the morning - without me having to remind anyone!I find it quite rare to have an office where one feels heard and receive help in a timely manner.
