★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We are so grateful to Dr. Gomberg and the Banfield team for all their help with our dog Ollie’s pet health certificates for both France and the UK. Moving internationally with a pet is stressful and the process is very confusing with strict guidelines about when certain shots/treatments need to be given, but Dr. Gomberg went above and beyond, she did extensive research to make sure every detail was correct and nothing was overlooked. Thanks to her, everything went smoothly and we were able to bring Ollie to England without any issues. Ollie loves his new home in England and we appreciate the care, professionalism, and kindness from the entire team.
August 01 · Kaitlyn McCormackWe love Banfield in Niskayuna. Our latest visit was great! The dr noticed my pet had dry skin and said it was time 2 feed him senior food. Well just a few feeds and his dry skin is all better, It is a relief to me as well as my pet. I appreciate the attentive care my pet receives. Thank you!
August 14 · Latasha PannellThe staff and Dr's are great. Explain everything and answer any questions. Only complaint is it takes FOREVER to check in. You saw my dog 2 weeks ago. No, nothing has changed.Same phone address etc. Instructions from 3 people including a call from Dr regarding post op for spay. Took 40 minutes to check in and 50 minutes to check out. That doesn't include waiting behind others before me. There' must be a better way, better flow
April 04 · Janet PattersonDr. Gomberg is a very, very good vet and truly cares about the animals. She helped me through a very rough treatment for my sick kitty. If it weren't for her and the other members of the team my kitty probably wouldn't have made it.
