★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1After several visits, and lucrative paydays for Banfield, misdiagnosing my dogs illness with a big cancer scare, I now need to put my dog down due to the services from them. I cannot warn everyone enough, as to stay away from this place. The optimum wellness scam they offer is impossible to get out of without, you guessed it, more money. Visit your local vet, not these corporate cash grabs, praying on people's love for their animals and their companions. I am not even going to have them put my dog down, as I fear that will be mishandled as well.Edit: Banfield, my contact information has not changed, nor has my credit card that you're going to charge for my deceased dog as of yesterday at 9:20am.Attached with my review is my dog.Second edit: I was contacted by Banfield today, and was given itemized excuses, per procedure for my dog, denying any and all fault on their part. I am now on the hook for $50 a month for the next 11 months, and I will be done paying off my dead dogs wellness plan this time next year. I again cannot stress enough the importance of using local veterinarians. Richboro has a pretty nice vet, and it's no further for me than this place.Tl;Dr don't buy into Scamfield.
March 23 · scott tracyBanfield helped me out in a pinch for my pup! I’m so grateful to Christina who was working the front desk when I needed to bring my girl in. Thank you also to the vet, I apologize for forgetting her name. You were both amazing. I’m so grateful!!
September 13 · Kathryn KilcoyneI live in a urgent care desert for animal emergencies. I called Banfield Westminster on a Sunday in tears, I begged them to reconsider when told they dont do emergencies. The nearest was 18 miles as the crow flies. "Please! I don't drive, he's a service dog, and he may be going into sepsis!""How soon can you get here?" "Now!" In 10 minutes, the Uber dropped me, and two vets were waiting at the door. They whisked him from my arms, and through the double doors, before the entry door had even closed.A vet tech directed me to a solitary room and asked me to document symptoms in the last 24 hours, starting from an hour ago. It had to be the most efficient vet team I've experienced in years.Luckily, everything turned turned out ok with my boy. It's unfortunate they don't normally take emergencies. Because they sure convinced me, if I should ever encounter such a frightening experience, he'd be in good hands.Thank you to the team for your care, professionalism, and exceptional teamwork.
July 27 · Krista Errickson (blacksheep_nation)Banfield personnel were unqualified in the treatment of my pet and I seriously recommend that you avoid this place at all costs. My cat was over -sedated and almost died. Their "Wellness Plan" is a hoax that you will not get out of w/o legal help.
