★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I recently switched my vet after eight years to BCVC, and I couldn’t be happier. From my very first visit, the staff, vet technicians, and veterinarians took the time to listen to every concern I had. My dog, Momo, is nine years old, and it’s important to me to give him the best care and guidance, and BCVC has done exactly that. They’ve been incredibly accommodating for emergency visits and always provide thorough, clear explanations of his condition. Momo and I feel so fortunate to be under such attentive, compassionate care. I highly recommend BCVC to anyone looking for outstanding veterinary service.
May 13 · Lissette ArangoAn amazing place! My cat and her babies feel comfortable and safe with the warm and caring staff, doctors, and vet techs. Always spend quality time with your pets. Always listen to any concerns I may have. Never rushed. They also boost my confidence as a pet parent - complimenting my care for my cats! I was a "dog daddy" and am now learning a whole new set of feline rules. Highly recommend Bergen County Veterinary!
July 20 · Mike MarcinowskiThe Doctors and Staff have been amazing over the last few weeks for Judges treatments and the little scare afterwards. They have treated us with kindness, compassion they were responsive to our needs and accommodating ( Judge isn’t always the easiest he’s come a long way with you guys) while aiding in his recovery. You guys are the best. Thank you we look forward to coming in for our wellness visit.
October 11 · Debbie DYou will never find more caring vets.. BCVC has taken the most exceptional care of Montana, from a puppy , to going blind at 6 years old. She is now 12 and they still accommodate her anytime she has an issue. They truly care ! Highly recommend!
April 01 · Gail CorboWe started seeing Dr. Rachel Black about 7 years ago when she was located in Brooklyn, NY. We have since followed her to Bergen County. She has saved COUNTLESS dogs and cats of ours. From litters dying from parvo to kittens that need bottle fed, she never turned an animal away. She is so thoughtful and very careful with the way she practices veterinary medicine. She is also one of the kindest vets you will come across. Her empathy will astound you. She is always up to date on literature and will let us know what she feels is best due to this and chooses medication wisely for that specific animal. We prefer to use her with our senior animals, as she is very careful in her practice. She takes time to explain the animals medical condition to us and is very careful when prescribing for them. From Spike who was drug under a car and needed daily bandage changes for weeks, to Rosie who needed diabetic control, to Gigi who needed an extensive dental, to Sydney who was missing most of his lower jaw due to poor dental care, to Brooklyn who was paralyzed and had recurrent urinary tract infections, to the "D" litter who had parvo, we thank you Dr. Black! The list is endless for those she has saved. Here are just a few!
