★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We have used Crossroads for almost 20 years and we love them. The entire staff is amazing, from the front desk tech to the vet techs and doctors. They are all kind, caring, and very knowledgeable. My dog had a recent emergency and Dr Grove was with us every step of the way. I highly recommend Crossroads Vet for everyone who loves their animals and wants the best care.
July 19 · Sally M.I can’t recommend Crossroads Animal Hospital highly enough! We brought in our new puppy and had a truly fantastic experience from start to finish. Dr. Marissa Grove was wonderful—knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive. Our vet tech, Chelsea, was incredibly friendly and personable, taking the time to answer all our questions. I also want to give a special shoutout to Cori and Nicole, who were both fantastic in helping us navigate insurance documents and were simply a pleasure to work with. The entire team made us feel welcome and supported—thank you!
August 06 · Jay FugielThey are very accommodating. They are concerned about your pets. They follow up on your visit. The staff is wonderful they really love animals. When you call they answer within seconds. So far I think it’s a great place to bring your pets.
July 29 · Claire ScottMy parents always brought our pets here growing up so I thought I would give them a try. My dog Loki is petrified of the vet but they handled her with so much compassion and it was an amazing experience for both me and my pup. The staff are all super sweet and really listen to the needs of your pet.
June 13 · Nicole SteenDr Grove just saved my kitty's life. One of my adopted brothers, just 1 yr old was noticeably thinner & withdrawn after we returned from a 10 day visit to help my elderly father. I thought that a plant i had brought into over winter was the cause & was devastated that I had poisoned him. After bloodwork showed elevated protein and low white blood cell count, an ultrasound confirmed her suspicion of Feline Infectious Peritonitis, a deadly disease until a recent treatment not widely available had been conditionally approved. He is still in the 12 week protocol but after 2 weeks of antibiotics all blood work shows he is cured. We are so incredibly thankful that our affectionate loving mischievous boy is back to himself.ALL the staff are amazing, so caring and compassionate.THANK YOU so much to everyone and to the way they all work together to care for our best friends
