★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1"You've created a monster". These were the words the Dr. used. First our kitten is barely 3 months old. Second you don't allow pet owners to come in. Third you're wearing a mask, hat and you are a different race than us. Our kitten was scared and so yes he's going to swat and back away. He has never hissed at us, our son or guests that have come over. How about you allow one owner come in and help handle the kitten - I wouldn't let my son go into the Dr's office by himself expecting a nurse to handle him. $70 down the drain as we now have to administer de-worm solution. We will be finding a new vet that will have not only bed-side manner but empathy that a 3 month olds kitten might me scared with a stranger trying to handle him. RIDICULOUS!
July 17 · Aliasgar DungarwallaThis woman is absolutely atrocious. I knew the second I met her i wouldn't let her touch my dog. She was immediately insanely rude & complaining off the bat, and upon telling her that because her energy was so bad I didn’t want her service, she said “good luck with your dog” in a super rude tone, then left. Never let this woman near your house and especially don’t let her touch your beloved pet. She didn’t care whatsoever about my dogs condition either when talking to her, she just kept complaining about how there wasn’t enough parking outside until I made her leave. Shame on her.
May 10 · Brent SehatiCalled to ask pricing for establishing my pets and the woman was insanely rude and acted as if I was bugging her. I asked if I was interrupting something and she said "yeah actually" and told me she had someone in front of her and someone sick in the back. Why not put me on hold then? Whew.
May 23 · Unique VeneroThe vet is so sweet and knowledgeable. She really cares about animals and the owners. I would highly recommend.
July 26 · Samantha EbertsDO NOT BRING UR PET HERE! There was an extreme amount of commotion coming from the back. The vet assistant was physically shaking at the front desk after being back there. The vet also asked to tranquillize my dog for an ear cleaning? In the past he has simply had a muzzle on with no issues. The entire space was very messy and dirty. Additionally I was asked why my male dog was wearing a pink harness which seems very inappropriate.
