★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Took my dog here the first visit we had Dr. Stephanie she was very nice and caring very informative she wasn’t pushing me to get unnecessary lab works done for profit and just was genuine and cared about my pet. The second doctor I had was terrible and all about making money off of my dying dog. I called regarding a concern I had about my dog getting a shot my dog wasn’t eating after she received a shot so the doctor told me to come in to check her, mind you I paid 600 the night before she writes down its a sick visit and tried to charge me another $150. If my dog isn’t feeling well after a procedure or an administration of a drug and I’m only calling to make sure it’s not an adverse reaction i shouldn’t be charge as a separate visit. On top of that my dog who was 15 years old was dying from kidney failure and she suggested I get a skin growth tested to make sure it’s not cancer. Again unnecessary my dog is dying and she’s 15 years old they all get benign growths. I also heard her in the next room pushing another client to get their dying elderly dog unnecessarily procedures done as she uses their love they have for their pet as guilt to manipulate them for profit. It’s so terrible because so many vets use pet owners love to make money off of them. Unfortunately I don’t remember her name but I will look back at my pets medical records and update the name of the vet not because I want to destroy her reputation but so that she can learn from this and become a better human and compassionate vet. Maybe it will help ignite her spark for animals that she used to have when she decided to go into this profession to begin with. The love and compassion for helping innocent beings in need.
August 25 · Alysondra BacarellaThey were super friendly and we could tell they wanted what’s best for our dog! They even sent a personalized mail addressed to Axel welcoming him to the clinic.
April 05 · Juhi ThomasThe vet has a very rough and rude demeanor. She's in it for money and not for the care or families. I get it's your job but I pray that you learn manners for families and especially because you dont know everyone's situation. I would look elsewhere for vets.
May 07 · G&J MadridMy Pet’s Vet is a far better place to bring your animal. Never charged for nail clippings. Far lower prices. Updated warm exam rooms. Catch EVERYTHING from urine analysis and x-rays missed by Jericho. Should have switched a long time ago. My pet is doing far better after just 1 visit there.
February 09 · Jen B.We have been bringing all our fur babies ... pooches ... to Jericho Animal Hospital for 30+ years and our dogs have received outstanding care here.
