★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1After my cat of 14 years passed away, I was deeply touched by the card sent from the team at Market Street Pet Hospital. I feel they genuinely care about their patients and the people who love them. Their compassion during such a difficult time really stood out to me.
July 27 · Mike WallsI love this vet's office. The staff is friendly. They're very good with animals. They're good at keeping animals calm. The vets are awesome.. They don't push expensive treatments on you. They just give you the breakdown of what's available. What they recommend and the cost and let you decide.. My dog is very nervous around vets, but he has loved every vet at this office..
June 19 · Brenda ZimmermanThese guys are great. Dr. Jennings was the best and his treatment was amazing for our dog. Our dog a hematoma on her ear, and he treated her with the best care.
February 20 · David RyanThis vet clinic only cares about one thing, your money. They treated my dog today before we consented and when we called them out on it, they replied, “if you hadn’t consented to it, we would have just done it for free.” This is the second time something like this has happened. After one visit, the front desk staff told my wife, “congratulations! You won highest bill of the day!” This is corporate medicine at its worst. They are there to up sell treatments instead of caring for animals. We will not be returning.
August 14 · Chris SuykerbuykWe have been coming here for over 7 years mostly with Dr Jennings. We specifically requested that Dr Jennings perform Scouts cleaning and teeth removal. In the past the staff was more attentive and personal. Recently we had our Pug “Scout” in for teeth cleaning and to remove some teeth. When I arrived in the morning I never saw or spoke to Dr Jennings only one of the technicians. After the procedure my wife picked scout up and also did not see or speak with Dr Jennings. We spent $800 on our Pup. Scout now seems to have developed a deep scratching cough. Honestly I am not sure who may have done the procedure on Scout! In the past this hasn’t happened. We are planning on getting a new puppy soon. Not sure how I feel about Market St at this point?
